高星级酒店知识型员工的激励研究

【摘要】:随着知识技术全球化创新的涌现,企业的生存和发展离不开高效率和高素质的员工——知识型员工。因此,如何对知识型员工进行有效激励,已成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心。酒店业作为知识和劳动密集型产业,知识型员工在酒店企业管理和发展中无疑占据着核心地位。因此,如何对知识型员工进行有效的激励,充分调动他们的主动性和创造性,是关系到酒店能否顺利发展的重要因素之一。 本文综合分析了国内外相关的理论研究成果,以提高星级酒店企业的知识型员工人力资源管理效率为宗旨,试图通过研究发现高星级酒店企业对知识型员工的管理方面出现的存在的问题,继而通过调查问卷的方式对苏州某高星级酒店知识型员工的需求因素做调研,以满足星级酒店企业知识型员工的需求为中心提出对星级酒店知识型员工的激励措施,为解决星级酒店在知识型员工管理中存在的问题提供对策思路。 本文首先阐述了论文的研究背景和研究意义,以及研究方法。同时总结了现代酒店企业相关的概念,定义了高星级酒店。同时,引出了知识型员工的概念,对知识型员工的自身特点和工作特征分别进行了阐述,也回顾了关于知识型员工激励方面的相关理论知识。其次,对酒店知识型员工激励现状进行分析,在访谈以及问卷调查的基础上,对M酒店的知识型员工需求因素进行统计学分析,并在分析的基础上,对M酒店知识型员工激励模式以及措施提出改进的意见。最后,对本文的研究进行了总结,并且指出了本研究的不足和未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of knowledge and technology globalization innovation, the survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from high efficiency and high quality employees-knowledge workers.Therefore, how to effectively motivate knowledge workers has become the core of modern enterprise human resource management.Hotel industry as a knowledge and labor-intensive industry, knowledge-based staff in the management and development of hotel enterprises undoubtedly occupies a core position.Therefore, how to effectively motivate knowledge workers and fully mobilize their initiative and creativity is one of the important factors related to the smooth development of hotel.This paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad, aiming at improving the efficiency of human resource management of knowledge workers in star-rated hotel enterprises.This paper attempts to find out the existing problems in the management of knowledge workers in high star hotel enterprises, and then through questionnaire to investigate the demand factors of knowledge workers in a high star hotel in Suzhou.In order to meet the needs of knowledge workers in star-rated hotel enterprises, this paper puts forward the incentive measures for the knowledge workers in star-rated hotels, and provides some countermeasures for solving the problems existing in the management of knowledge workers in star-rated hotels.This paper first describes the research background and significance of the paper, as well as research methods.At the same time summarized the modern hotel enterprise related concept, defined the high-star hotel.At the same time, the concept of knowledge worker is introduced, the characteristics and working characteristics of knowledge worker are expounded, and the related theoretical knowledge about motivation of knowledge worker is also reviewed.Secondly, on the basis of the interview and questionnaire survey, the author analyzes the demand factors of knowledge workers in M hotel, and analyzes the demand factors of knowledge workers on the basis of the analysis.To M hotel knowledge staff incentive mode and measures to put forward suggestions for improvement.Finally, this paper summarizes the research, and points out the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction.
