论知识密集型服务业与大学生就业的协同推进

【摘要】：知识密集型服务业与大学生就业是紧密联系的整体,二者相互依存。在实际运用中,二者相互契合,且对彼此具有重要作用与影响,需运用协同理念共同推进发展。促进二者协同推进的主要路径包括:政策扶持,国际化发展是不可逆转的趋势;不断建立和健全市场机制,增强社会对劳动力的容纳量;高等院校不断为知识密集型服务业提供高水平人才;大学生自身需要掌握必要的技能和能力,增强就业的适应性。
[Abstract]:Knowledge-intensive service industry and college students employment are closely linked as a whole, the two are interdependent. In practical application, the two agree with each other, and play an important role and influence on each other. The main ways to promote the coordinated advancement of the two are as follows: policy support, internationalization is an irreversible trend, market mechanism is constantly established and improved, and the capacity of the society to the labor force is enhanced. Colleges and universities provide high level talents for knowledge-intensive service industry and college students themselves need to master the necessary skills and abilities to enhance the adaptability of employment.
