天津服务业发展对经济发展方式转型影响的实证分析

【摘要】：本文基于天津市统计数据,从服务业对经济增长的弹性、对劳动力就业弹性以及第三产业的能源消耗等几个方面,实证分析了天津市服务业发展对经济发展方式转型的影响。分析的结果表明,天津服务业发展对经济发展方式转型具有较强的影响。第三产业特别是其中的现代服务业对经济增长、劳动就业具有明显的拉动能力,并且还存在很大的发展空间,第三产业的能源消耗也明显低于第二产业。天津市经济发展方式的进一步转型,需要促进第三产业特别是现代服务业的发展。论文主要分为七个部分,第一部分是导论,阐述了选题背景与选题意义,研究内容与研究方法以及主要的创新与不足。第二部分是“关于服务业和经济发展的相关概念和文献综述”。其中分别阐述了中外关于“经济发展”和“服务业”的相关理论和文献综述。第三部分,依据天津市的具体情况对关于经济发展方式转型的指标分别进行测算评估,发现天津市的产业结构指标和资源环境指标对经济发展方式转型的影响较大,由于篇幅的限制不能逐个的对所有的指标进行详尽的分析,所以本文就重点的详细研究了第三产业产值比重、第三产业就业比重、单位GDP碳排放量这几个指标对天津市经济发展方式转型的影响。第四部分,分析了1978—2012年天津市三次产业结构的变化,并且通过实证分析得出在现阶段天津市第三产业对全市GDP贡献的弹性、对就业的拉动能力都高于第二产业。第五部分,对1996—2012年天津市各产业能源消费结构变化强度进行实证分析,分析得出就天津市而言,在适当保持第二产业发展的前提下,加大第三产业特别是现代服务业的发展,是解决当前能源消费量和GDP增长矛盾关系的一个有效选择。第六部分,比较了天津市与美国服务业的发展,提出了天津市服务业的发展需要借鉴发达国家的模式。第七部分是论文的主要结论以及一些建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data of Tianjin, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of the development of service industry in Tianjin on the transformation of economic development from the aspects of the elasticity of service industry to economic growth, the elasticity of labor force employment and the energy consumption of tertiary industry. The results show that the development of Tianjin service industry has a strong impact on the transformation of economic development mode. The tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry, has an obvious ability to pull economic growth and employment, and there is still a lot of room for development. The energy consumption of the tertiary industry is obviously lower than that of the secondary industry. The further transformation of Tianjin's economic development mode needs to promote the development of the tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry. The paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is an introduction, the background and significance of the topic, research content and research methods, as well as the main innovations and shortcomings. The second part is the related concepts and literature review of service industry and economic development. It expounds the theory and literature review of economic development and service industry respectively at home and abroad. In the third part, according to the specific situation of Tianjin, the index of economic development mode transformation is calculated and evaluated separately, and it is found that the industrial structure index and resource environment index of Tianjin have great influence on the transformation of economic development mode. Because the space limitation cannot carry on the detailed analysis to all the indexes one by one, so this article has studied the tertiary industry output value proportion in detail, the tertiary industry employment proportion in detail. The impact of carbon emissions per unit GDP on the transformation of Tianjin's economic development mode. The fourth part analyzes the three industrial structure changes in Tianjin from 1978 to 2012, and through empirical analysis, it concludes that Tianjin tertiary industry contributes to the GDP of Tianjin at this stage, and the ability to pull employment is higher than that of the secondary industry. In the fifth part, the change intensity of energy consumption structure of various industries in Tianjin from 1996 to 2012 is empirically analyzed, and the conclusion is drawn that, as far as Tianjin is concerned, under the premise of properly maintaining the development of the secondary industry, Increasing the development of the tertiary industry, especially the modern service industry, is an effective choice to solve the contradiction between energy consumption and GDP growth. In the sixth part, the author compares the development of service industry in Tianjin with that of America, and points out that the development of service industry in Tianjin needs the model of developed countries. The seventh part is the main conclusions and some suggestions.
