辽宁省服务业与制造业互动发展的投入产出分析

【摘要】：现代化的前提和基础是工业化，工业化的发展依靠产业结构的升级完成转变。服务业的发展一方面提高制造业的生产效率，提升制造业竞争力，另一方面安置现代化生产“淘汰”的就业人员；制造业的发展增加服务业产品的需求，增强服务创新能力。二者互动促进产业结构优化，完成产业结构升级。辽宁省产业结构的升级需要依靠制造业对服务业的需求，增加服务业比重和服务业对制造业的提升，增强国际竞争力。本文立足于辽宁省经济的发展现状，研究辽宁省服务业与制造业的互动发展关系。首先，研究服务业与制造业互动机理。服务业与制造业互动发展得益于生产性服务业的快速发展，制造业通过对生产性服务业的外包细化分工、延伸价值链、增加销售量；服务业通过满足制造业的国际化、专业化、规模化的需求提升创新能力。其次，利用投入产出分析法，从多个角度分析了辽宁省服务业与制造业的发展现状。结果表明：辽宁省服务业发展仍处于初级阶段，滞后于制造业的发展，这种现象制约了二者互动发展。再次，，建立变结构动态投入产出模型分析辽宁省服务业和制造业产出的相互影响和服务业投资比例的变化对制造业产出的影响及制造业投资比例的变化对服务业产出的影响，同时对其弹性进行计算。结果显示：辽宁省制造业对生产性服务业具有明显拉动作用而服务业对制造业的推动作用非常薄弱，二者互动关系处于萌芽阶段。最后，总结概括研究结论，并有针对性地提出促进辽宁省服务业与制造业互动发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The premise and foundation of modernization is industrialization, the development of industrialization depends on the upgrading of the industrial structure. On the one hand, the development of the service industry improves the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry, improves the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, and on the other hand, resettlement of the "eliminated" employment personnel of the modern production; the development of the manufacturing industry increases the demand for the products of the service industry. The two interacts promote the optimization of industrial structure and upgrade the industrial structure. The upgrading of the industrial structure of Liaoning needs to rely on the demand of the manufacturing industry to the service industry, increase the proportion of service industry and the promotion of the service industry to the manufacturing industry, and enhance the international competitiveness.
Based on the current situation of Liaoning's economic development, this paper studies the interactive development relationship between service industry and manufacturing industry in Liaoning province. First, the interaction mechanism of service industry and manufacturing industry is studied. The interactive development of service industry and manufacturing industry is benefited from the rapid development of the productive service industry, and the manufacturing industry extends the value of labor through the outsourcing of the production service industry and extends its value. Chain, increase sales volume; service industry promotes innovation ability by meeting the internationalization, specialization and scale of manufacturing industry. Secondly, the development status of service industry and manufacturing industry in Liaoning province is analyzed from various angles by input-output analysis. The result shows that the development of service industry in Liaoning is still in the primary stage, lagging behind manufacturing industry. Development, this phenomenon restricts the interactive development of the two. Thirdly, the dynamic input-output model of variable structure is established to analyze the influence of the change of the service industry and the output of the manufacturing industry and the change of the investment proportion of the service industry to the output of the manufacturing industry and the change of the proportion of the investment in manufacturing industry to the output of the service industry. The results show that the manufacturing industry in Liaoning province has an obvious pulling effect on the productive service industry and the service industry has a very weak role in promoting the manufacturing industry. The interaction between the two parties is in the embryonic stage. Finally, the conclusion is summarized and the policy suggestions for promoting the interactive development of service industry and manufacturing industry in Liaoning province are put forward.
