融新酒店信息系统规划研究

【摘要】：企业信息化是构成现代企业竞争力的一个核心因素,现代企业的企业战略实现需要信息系统的支撑。酒店业成为拉动内需、提供就业机会的重要服务产业,面临各方面的竞争也急剧增加,酒店业发现机遇和风险并存,如何利用信息技术,取得竞争优势,是酒店业管理人员面临的难题。融新酒店是位于新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市的一家三星级酒店,成立十余年来,也正在谋求通过信息系统的使用来推动企业进一步发展。但面对如何有序、渐进性推进信息化建设缺乏长远考虑。如何利于现有的信息系统规划理论成果,为类似融新酒店这样的中小酒店业提出信息系统发展的长远规划,实现企业经营战略和信息系统发展规划的匹配,是一个急需解决的问题。本文首先分析了信息系统规划的研究成果,综述了酒店业信息系统发展的现状;总体上采用中小企业信息系统规划框架提出的模型和分层次的思路,开展融新酒店的信息系统规划分析;利用企业战略分析方法,提出了企业经营战略;采用战略集合转移法,根据融新酒店经营战略目标,提出融新酒店的信息系统规划的目标;采用关键成功因素法得到关系到融新酒店企业经营战略实现的关键因素,在此基础上,提出融新酒店的信息系统需求;根据信息系统需求,采用企业系统规划法对融新酒店的信息源、数据类进行分析,综合考虑融新酒店资源因素和外部条件,对信息系统需求进行完善,形成融新酒店的信息系统规划,提出相关结论。
[Abstract]:Enterprise informatization is a core factor that constitutes the competitiveness of modern enterprises. The realization of modern enterprise strategy needs the support of information system. The hotel industry has become an important service industry to stimulate domestic demand and provide employment opportunities, and it is facing a sharp increase in competition in all aspects. The hotel industry finds that opportunities and risks coexist, and how to use information technology to obtain competitive advantages. Is the hotel industry management staff face a difficult problem. Rongxin Hotel is a three-star hotel located in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. Since its establishment for more than a decade, it is also seeking to promote the further development of enterprises through the use of information systems. But face how orderly, gradual advance information construction lacks long-term consideration. How to benefit the existing information system planning theory, put forward the long-term plan of the information system development for the small and medium-sized hotel industry such as Rongxin Hotel, realize the matching of the enterprise management strategy and the information system development plan, It is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. This paper first analyzes the research results of information system planning, summarizes the present situation of hotel information system development, and generally adopts the model and hierarchical thinking proposed by the information system planning framework of small and medium-sized enterprises. The information system planning and analysis of the new hotel is carried out, the enterprise management strategy is put forward by using the enterprise strategy analysis method, and the target of the information system planning of the new hotel is put forward according to the strategic target of the new hotel management by using the strategic set transfer method. The key factors related to the realization of the management strategy of the new hotel enterprise are obtained by using the key success factor method. On this basis, the information system requirements of the new hotel are put forward, according to the information system requirements, The enterprise system planning method is used to analyze the information source and data class of the new hotel. Considering the resource factors and external conditions of the new hotel, the information system requirement is improved, and the information system planning of the new hotel is formed. The relevant conclusions are put forward.
