【摘要】：随着我国人口老龄化形势的进一步严峻,养老社会化、市场化是大势所趋。新型养老服务产业必将异军突起,前景看好。从某种意义上讲,未来养老产业的发展必将超越其他传统服务业,“银发产业”将成为老龄化社会经济发展中的朝阳产业。中国经济在改革开放后的三十多年来一直保持高速发展的态势,经济的发展促使人民群众生活水平普遍提高,但伴随着上世纪80年代计划生育政策的实施,目前421、621、甚至821家庭以及空巢家庭的逐步增多等形势的变化,单纯的国家福利性养老已难以满足人民群众日益突出的对多样化养老的需求,这就要求政府创新养老体制,制定有利于养老产业健康发展的各项扶持政策和措施,积极鼓励社会力量参与社会化养老体系的构建,助力养老产业的发展。民营企业大举进入养老行业,是养老产业市场发展的必然结果。这一方面需要政府为养老行业的规范化、可持续发展提供政策法律保障,另一方面从企业长远发展的角度来看,更需要企业自身立足实际,制定符合本企业定位的发展战略,通过自身的不断创新,提高核心竞争力,以实现企业既定的战略目标。本文对XH养老运营公司的发展现状进行了介绍,对XH养老运营公司面临的产业环境进行了梳理,通过对XH养老运营公司发展战略的成长条件分析,本文认为XH养老运营公司在当前这种大机遇与大危机并存的形势下,唯有采用整合战略,充分利用国家及各级政府对养老产业在政策上的大力支持、依靠企业自身项目已经建立起来的园区硬件设施条件和软件服务体系的基础(专业化养老服务能力和数字化的健康管理能力),本着“先做成一个,再发展其他”的宗旨,做好公司战略发展的顶层设计,采用整合战略作为成长战略。在公司现有项目的启动上要有所取舍、有所侧重,以“不为所有,只为所用”的原则整合理念价值观相同、远景目标一致的合作伙伴,善用彼此资源,打造该公司的核心竞争力和竞争优势。把握机遇,借力借势,创造共同财富,通过资源整合最终实现自己的战略目标。希望本文的研究能为XH养老运营公司的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population in China, pension socialization, marketization is the trend of the times. New endowment service industry will rise suddenly, the prospect is bright. In a sense, the future development of pension industry will surpass other traditional service industries, and "silver hair industry" will become the sunrise industry in the development of aging society and economy. Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese economy has been developing at a high speed for more than 30 years. The economic development has promoted the general improvement of the living standards of the people, but with the implementation of the family planning policy in the 1980s, At present, with the changes in the situation of 421621, even 821 families and the increasing number of empty nest families, it is difficult to satisfy the increasing demand of the people for a variety of pension services by simply providing for the welfare of the state. This requires the government to innovate the pension system. To establish various supporting policies and measures conducive to the healthy development of the old-age industry, actively encourage the social forces to participate in the construction of the socialized pension system, and help the development of the old-age industry. Private enterprise enters endowment industry on a large scale, it is the inevitable result that endowment industry market develops. On the one hand, the government needs the government to provide policy and legal guarantee for the standardization and sustainable development of the pension industry. On the other hand, from the perspective of long-term development of the enterprise, it is even more necessary for the enterprise to base itself on reality and formulate a development strategy that conforms to the orientation of the enterprise. Through its own continuous innovation, improve the core competitiveness, to achieve the established strategic objectives of the enterprise. This paper introduces the present situation of XH pension operation company, combs the industrial environment faced by XH pension operation company, and analyzes the growth conditions of XH pension operation company's development strategy.
