创新产业集聚对区域创新与生产效率的影响

【摘要】:在后工业化社会和互联网时代的背景下,受到知识经济、体验经济、创意经济等浪潮的推动,作为一种新兴产业业态,创意产业在全球范围内蓬勃发展,并出现了集聚的发展势态。由于创意产业的核心要素是创新与创意,而创意这种生产要素,相比土地资本、物质资本、劳动力资本,更具有非均衡性和非线性的特征,极易在某些区域或者云空间里集聚,并形成强大的集聚经济效应。集聚式发展模式,已经成为现今中国和世界创意产业贸易和发展的重要模式。 创意产业的迅速蔓延和发展,促进了大量研究成果的诞生,但是目前关于创意产业集聚经济和外部性的讨论还比较浅显,或是浮在对外部知识溢出的理论分析,缺乏实证研究支持;或是陷入创意产业集聚的增长效应的单一线性逻辑分析视角,而忽视对其微观影响机制的讨论。本研究立足对创意产业集聚这一主题的研究,试图构建完整的理论分析框架,研究三个关键科学问题:一是创意产业集聚对创意产业生产效率的影响及其作用机制;二是创意产业集聚对区域创新的影响及其作用机制;三是创意产业集聚对区域全要素生产率增长的影响及其作用机制。通过理论构建和实证检验,企图打开创意产业集聚经济研究这一理论“黑箱”,以期丰富和发展有关理论。具体研究内容包括: (1)分析创意产业的发展现状及其空间分布状况。首先,探讨了全球创意产业的发展概况,包括整个产业发展概况、子行业发展概况,以及不同经济体的进出口贸易等;其次,从发展规模、发展速度、子行业状况等方面,探讨中国创意产业的发展概况;最后,从省际集聚规模和集聚水平两个方面,分析中国创意产业的集聚概况。本部分的研究有利于人们从全方位理解和认识全球以及中国创意的发展概况,也为实证分析创意产业集聚经济效应的提供感性的认识。 (2)探讨创意产业集聚对创意产业生产效率的影响。首先,采用中国36个副省级、省会城市为样本,选用VRS的DEA模型,以城市为决策单元,创意产业营业收入为产出变量,创意产业就业人数和资产总额为投入变量,来测算城市创意产业的综合生产效率、纯技术效应,以及规模效率。其次,构建创意产业集聚的区位商指数,计算得出中国城市创意产业的集聚状况。再次,建立计量模型,验证了创意产业集聚对创意产业生产效率的影响,并对其微观作用机制展开了分析,进而得出结论和启示。 (3)研究创意产业集聚对区域创新的影响。首先,将创意产业集聚的区域创新效应分为上游和下游两种实现机制,并基于上游创新效率提出两个假设,即创意产业集聚对区域研发阶段的技术创新,以及工艺创新具有正向影响;而基于下游创新效率提出两个假设,即创意产业集聚对区域产业化阶段的传统产业价值增值,以及高技术产业的价值增值具有正向影响。其次,通过建立实证模型,采用中国省际面板数据,对上游创新效应和下游创新效应加以证实,并通过分区位回归、替代变量回归、敏感性分析等方法,进行稳健性检验。最后,对实证结果进行了讨论,并提出结论和启示。 (4)探究创意产业集聚对区域全要素生产率增长的影响。首先,运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,采用中国省际面板数据,测算了1990-2010年中国全要素生产率增长(TFP)情况,并对此展开分析。其次,构建经济计量模型,从全国层面以及区域两个层面,分析了创意产业集聚对区域全要素生产率增长的影响,及其作用机制。最后,总结了有关结论,并提出启示。 本研究针对三个科学问题的剖析,构成了创意产业集聚经济效应及其发生机制的整个分析逻辑和框架。这一研究对于推进创意经济理论、空间经济学、区域创新等理论具有重要贡献,具体而言,本研究可能的创新点包括: (1)测算了中国城市创意产业的综合生产效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,并首次证实了创意产业集聚对创意产业内部生产效率的影响及其作用机制。该项研究填补了创意产业集聚对其产业内部溢出效应的研究空白,丰富了创意产业集聚经济效应的研究成果,还为如何提高创意产业生产效率提供理论和实证依据。 (2)基于创新链的视角,首次将创意产业集聚对于区域创新的影响,分为上游创新效应(即对研发阶段创新的影响)和下游创新效应(即对产业化阶段价值增值的影响),并通过实证研究范式加以证实。该项研究既拓展了区域创新的研究空间,也为区域创新研究和产业集聚研究找到了交叉点,还夯实了创意产业集聚经济讨论的实证研究基础。 (3)首次证实了创意产业集聚的全要素生产率增长效应,以及微观作用机制,也即是通过促进区域技术创新,还是通过改善区域技术效率来实现全要素生产率的增长这一关键科学问题。该项研究为中国全要素生产率的区域差异提供了一个新的解释视角,也丰富了创意产业集聚经济效应的理论和实证成果,还为如何推动区域创新和全要素生产率增长,实现产业和经济结构转型,提供了理论和实证研究支持。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the post industrial society and the Internet era, the creative industry is flourishing in the global scope as a new industry, and the development trend of agglomeration has emerged as a new industry. The core elements of the creative industry are innovation and creativity, and the production of creativity is the key factor. Compared with land capital, material capital and labor capital, it has the characteristics of unbalanced and nonlinear, which is very easy to gather in some regions or in the cloud space, and form a strong agglomeration economic effect. The cluster development model has become an important model for the trade and development of creative industries in China and the world today.
The rapid spread and development of creative industries has promoted the birth of a large number of research results. However, the current discussion about the economic and externality of creative industries is relatively shallow, or is floating on the theoretical analysis of external knowledge spillovers, lack of empirical research support, or a single linear logic divided into the growth effect of creative industry agglomeration. This study, based on the study of the theme of creative industry agglomeration, tries to build a complete theoretical analysis framework and study three key scientific problems: first, the impact of creative industry agglomeration on the productivity of creative industries and its mechanism of action; the two is the agglomeration of creative industries to the region. The influence of innovation and its mechanism of action; three is the influence and mechanism of creative industry agglomeration on regional total factor productivity growth. Through theoretical construction and empirical test, it attempts to open the theory "black box" of the theory of creative industry agglomeration economy, in order to enrich and develop the related theories.
(1) to analyze the present situation of the development of creative industry and its spatial distribution. First, it discusses the development of the global creative industry, including the general situation of the whole industry, the development of the sub industry and the import and export trade of different economies. Secondly, it discusses the Chinese creative industry from the scale of development, the speed of development, and the status of the sub industry. In the end, from the two aspects of the inter provincial agglomeration scale and concentration level, this paper analyzes the general situation of the agglomeration of creative industries in China. This part is helpful for people to understand and understand the general situation of global and Chinese creative development from all directions, and to provide perceptual knowledge for the empirical analysis of the economic effects of creative industries.
(2) to discuss the influence of creative industry agglomeration on the production efficiency of creative industry. First, we use 36 sub provincial and provincial capital cities in China as the sample, select the VRS DEA model, take the city as the decision-making unit, the creative industry business income as the output variable, the creative industry employment and the total amount of assets as input variables, to measure the integration of the urban creative industry. Production efficiency, pure technology effect, and scale efficiency. Secondly, the location quotient index of creative industry agglomeration is constructed, and the agglomeration status of Chinese urban creative industry is calculated. Thirdly, the measurement model is established to verify the effect of creative industry agglomeration on the production efficiency of creative industry, and the micro mechanism of its mechanism is analyzed, and then the conclusion is obtained. Theory and enlightenment.
(3) to study the influence of creative industry agglomeration on regional innovation. Firstly, the regional innovation effect of creative industry cluster is divided into two realization mechanisms of upstream and downstream, and two hypotheses are proposed based on the upstream innovation efficiency. That is, creative industry agglomeration has a positive impact on technological innovation and technological innovation at the regional R & D stage, and based on the downstream. The innovation efficiency puts forward two hypotheses, that is, creative industrial agglomeration has a positive impact on the value added of the traditional industry in the stage of regional industrialization and the value increment of high-tech industries. Secondly, by establishing an empirical model, using China's inter provincial panel data to confirm the upstream innovation effect and downstream innovation effect, and through the zoning back. Finally, the empirical results are discussed, and conclusions and implications are given.
(4) to explore the impact of creative industry agglomeration on regional total factor productivity growth. First, using the DEA-Malmquist index method and using China's inter provincial panel data to calculate the total factor productivity growth (TFP) in China (TFP), and analyze it. Secondly, the construction of the econometric model, from the national level and the region two levels, This paper analyzes the influence of creative industry agglomeration on regional total factor productivity growth and its mechanism. Finally, it summarizes the relevant conclusions and puts forward some inspirations.
This study aims at the analysis of three scientific problems and constitutes the whole analysis logic and framework of the economic effect of creative industry agglomeration and its mechanism. This research has important contributions to the theory of creative economy, space economics, regional innovation and so on. In particular, the possible innovations of this study include:
(1) the comprehensive production efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Chinese urban creative industries are calculated and the influence and mechanism of creative industry agglomeration on the internal production efficiency of creative industries are confirmed for the first time. This study fills the gap in the study of the effect of creative industry agglomeration on its industry and enriches the agglomeration of creative industries. The research results of economic effects also provide theoretical and empirical evidence for improving the production efficiency of creative industries.
(2) based on the perspective of innovation chain, the impact of creative industrial agglomeration on regional innovation is divided into the upstream innovation effect (the impact on R & D stage innovation) and the downstream innovation effect (the impact on the value added in the industrialization stage), which is confirmed by the empirical research paradigm. This study not only expands the research space of regional innovation. It also finds a crossover point for regional innovation research and industrial agglomeration research, and consolidating the empirical research foundation of the discussion on the agglomeration of creative industries.
(3) it is the first time that the growth effect of total factor productivity (TFP) of creative industries, as well as the micro mechanism, is the key scientific problem to achieve total factor productivity growth by promoting regional technological innovation or by improving regional technical efficiency. This study provides one of the regional differences in total factor productivity in China. The new interpretation perspective also enriches the theoretical and empirical results of the economic effect of creative industry agglomeration, and provides theoretical and empirical support for how to promote regional innovation and total factor productivity growth and realize the transformation of industrial and economic structure.
