【摘要】：随着我国经济实力的不断增强，人民生活水平的提高，我国城市居民进入大规模休闲度假旅游消费阶段，经济型酒店以其便捷性、经济性与传统星级酒店共同瓜分市场，但随着竞争的加剧，规模较大经济型酒店开始面临“进退两难”的境地，“退”则项目和加盟商会被竞争对手夺走，，“进”则需大量发展加盟店，又面临人才短缺、加盟店问题频发等问题，大型经济型酒店如何用自身的特色和优势吸引相应的目标客户是酒店业在发展过程中面临的问题。本文研究的对象是一家在国内领先以经济型酒店为主的酒店集团，在激烈的市场竞争中，如何吸引更多的客户，在发展上如何摆脱人才缺乏等问题的困扰实现发展战略是本文研究的重点，通过对行业市场、经济型酒店的竞争市场、RJ酒店集团自身的优势、劣势、机会、威胁的分析，明确了发展思路，制定了相关的发展发展战略，同时完善了相关的管理制度，为战略的实现打下了坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of our country's economic strength and the improvement of people's living standard, urban residents of our country have entered the stage of large-scale leisure vacation tourism consumption. Economic hotels share the market with traditional star hotels with their convenience and economy. However, as the competition intensifies, large-scale and economical hotels are beginning to face a dilemma. The projects and franchisees will be taken away by competitors, and "entering" will require a large number of franchisees to develop and face a shortage of talents. How to attract the corresponding target customers with its own characteristics and advantages is a problem faced by the hotel industry in the process of development. The object of this paper is a leading hotel group in China, how to attract more customers in the fierce market competition. How to get rid of the problem of lack of talents in the development and realize the development strategy is the focus of this paper. Through the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of RJ hotel group in the market of industry and the competitive market of economy hotel, It clarifies the development idea, formulates the related development strategy, and consummates the related management system, which lays a solid foundation for the realization of the strategy.
