服务集成商权力及服务供应商关系承诺对服务供应链整合的影响研究

【摘要】:随着互联网和全球服务业的逐步发展,供应链管理逐步向服务行业拓展,,并成为指导企业提高竞争力的一项重要指标。在服务供应链的相关研究中,供应链整合是一个核心议题。制造业供应链与服务业供应链有相同之处,但运营特征、合作模式等诸多方面也存在很大的不同。结合服务供应链自身特点,如何将制造供应链的相关理论更好地运用到服务供应链管理中已成为推动服务科学发展的一大研究趋势。 制造业供应链的研究表明权力、关系承诺及网络能力都对供应链的整合及运作绩效有正向的影响,但在服务供应链运营中,服务供应商及服务集成商间合作关系及各因素影响程度、相互关联等方面都存在差异性,需要进一步的数据及实证研究加以分析。所以本研究将结合制造供应链中权力、关系承诺、竞争者网络能力、服务供应商整合的相关理论对服务供应链自身的特点及各变量间相互作用关系加以分析。本研究期望通过服务供应链上游及中游间合作模式的探究进一步完善服务供应链及服务科学理论体系。 本文基于服务科学视角,运用相关理论及实证研究方法,在回顾国内外学者对权力、关系承诺、竞争者网络能力及服务供应商整合的研究基础上,以各变量研究为切入点,深入探讨了关系承诺在权力对服务供应商整合影响中的中介作用及竞争者网络能力在权力对关系承诺影响中的正向调节作用。为验证相关理论假设,本研究主要选取广东等地252家典型服务业企业为调查对象,通过对运营主管和中高层管理者的问卷调研及数据收集,并结合SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0软件工具进行实证分析,构建了相关变量间的结构方程模型,且通过模型要素间的路径相关性分析对研究假设进行了检验及判断。 研究结果显示:(1)权力对关系承诺有显著的正向影响;(2)权力对服务供应商整合有显著的正向影响;(3)关系承诺对服务供应商整合有显著的正向影响;(4)在权力对服务供应商整合的影响过程中,关系承诺起中介作用;(5)在权力对关系承诺的影响过程中,竞争者网络能力起正向调节作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the global service industry, supply chain management has gradually expanded into the service industry, and has become an important indicator to guide enterprises to improve their competitiveness. Supply chain integration is a core issue in the research of service supply chain. The manufacturing supply chain and the service supply chain have the same place, but the operation characteristic, the cooperation pattern and so on many aspects also exist the very big difference. According to the characteristics of service supply chain, how to better apply the theory of manufacturing supply chain to service supply chain management has become a research trend to promote the development of service science. The research of manufacturing supply chain shows that power, relationship commitment and network capability have positive influence on supply chain integration and operation performance, but in service supply chain operation. There are differences in the relationship between service providers and service integrators, as well as the degree of influence and correlation of various factors, which need to be analyzed by further data and empirical research. Therefore, this study will analyze the characteristics of the service supply chain and the interaction relationship between the variables based on the relevant theories of power, relationship commitment, competitors' network capability and service supplier integration in the manufacturing supply chain. The purpose of this study is to improve the theoretical system of service supply chain and service science by exploring the cooperation mode between upstream and middle reaches of service supply chain. Based on the perspective of service science, using relevant theories and empirical research methods, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research on power, relationship commitment, competitors' network capability and service supplier integration, and takes the research of various variables as the breakthrough point. This paper probes into the intermediary role of relationship commitment in the influence of power on service provider integration and the positive adjustment function of competitor network ability in the influence of power on relationship commitment. In order to verify the relevant theoretical hypothesis, 252 typical service enterprises in Guangdong and other places were selected as the survey objects, and the questionnaire survey and data collection were conducted to the operational supervisors and the middle and senior managers. Based on the empirical analysis of SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 software tools, the structural equation model between related variables is constructed, and the research hypotheses are tested and judged by the path correlation analysis among the elements of the model. The results show that power has a significant positive impact on relationship commitment. (2) Power has a significant positive impact on service provider integration. 3) relationship commitment has a significant positive impact on service provider integration. In the process of integration, Relationship commitment plays an intermediary role) in the process of influence of power on relationship commitment, the network capability of competitors plays a positive role.
