新时期我国国宾馆行业改革与发展思考

【摘要】：随着改革开放、市场经济改革的深入,虽然国宾馆由单纯的政务接待逐渐转变为全面对外开放,但也存在诸如竞争力下降、服务质量参差不齐、形象不够鲜明等问题。在深入分析其背后深层次原因的基础上,本文分别从定位、行业管理、现代企业制度建立、品牌以及集团化等方面提出了具体建议,以期为我国国宾馆行业的改革与发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening to the outside world and the deepening of the market economy reform, although the state guesthouse has gradually changed from a simple government reception to an all-around opening up, there are still some problems such as the decline of competitiveness, the uneven service quality and the lack of vivid image. On the basis of deep analysis of the deep reasons behind it, this paper puts forward some specific suggestions from the aspects of positioning, industry management, establishment of modern enterprise system, brand and collectivization, etc. In order to provide reference for the reform and development of China's state guesthouse industry.
