基于搜寻视角的知识密集型服务业创新能力研究

【摘要】：在开放式创新的时代背景下,网络搜寻对于知识密集型服务业创新的重要性日益显著。本文从三个维度(知识搜寻、关系搜寻、惯例搜寻)探讨了网络搜寻行为对知识密集型服务业创新能力的影响机制,并通过对和邦管理咨询有限公司的案例研究进行了验证。由此从企业和政府两方面对知识密集型服务企业通过增强搜寻水平来提高创新能力给出了若干建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of open innovation, the importance of web search for knowledge-intensive service industry innovation is becoming more and more significant. This paper discusses the influence mechanism of network search behavior on the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive service industry from three dimensions (knowledge search, relational search and routine search), and verifies the case study of Hutchison Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Therefore, some suggestions on how to enhance the innovation ability of knowledge-intensive service enterprises by enhancing the search level are put forward from the two aspects of enterprise and government.
