出口与服务业企业生产率关系研究

【摘要】:新新贸易理论的发展将研究对象细化到了微观企业的层面,国内学者对出口与企业生产率的研究在大都停留在制造业,对服务业的研究尚未深入,而在产业升级转型的时代,大力发展服务业是提高整体经济实力、支撑第一及第二产业的需要,因此研究出口与服务业企业生产率的关系意义重大。本文运用2007-2012年397家中国服务业上市公司的数据对出口与服务业企业生产率的关系进行了探讨,具体研究了出口与企业生产率之间的两个问题,第一个问题是服务业企业是否存在自我选择效应,即是否生产率高的企业更倾向于出口;第二个问题是服务业企业是否存在出口学习效应,即出口行为能否提升企业的生产率。文章首先对出口与企业生产率关系的从理论研究和实证研究,国内学者和国外学者,制造业和服务业的角度进行了文献回顾;然后对出口与企业生产率的相互作用机制从自我选择效应和出口学习效应角度出发进行分析,为后面的实证研究做好了理论基础;之后从我国服务业整体和分行业两个层面出发,以指标测算、图表呈现等方式对我国服务出口现状和竞争力进行了分析;接下来的实证部分用DEA-Malmquist方法计算了全要素生产率,建立三个回归方程,用普通最小二乘估计方法对出口与服务业企业生产率进行了计量检验,结果表明我国服务业上市公司不支持自我选择效应和出口学习效应,其原因主要有我国服务贸易仍以传统服务业为主、服务出口沉没成本较低以及我国市场体系不完善等。最后,针对我国服务贸易从服务出口结构、品牌建设、制造业与服务业融合等方面给予了政策建议,并指出了进一步的发展方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new and new trade theory, the research object has been refined to the micro enterprise level. The domestic scholars' research on export and enterprise productivity mostly stays in the manufacturing industry, but the research on the service industry has not been deeply studied, but in the era of industrial upgrading and transformation, Developing the service industry vigorously is the need to improve the overall economic strength and support the primary and secondary industries, so it is of great significance to study the relationship between the export and the productivity of the service enterprises. Based on the data of 397 Chinese service companies from 2007 to 2012, this paper discusses the relationship between export and the productivity of service enterprises, and studies the two problems between export and enterprise productivity. The first question is whether the service enterprises have the self-selection effect, that is, whether the enterprises with high productivity tend to export; the second question is whether the service enterprises have the export learning effect, that is, whether the export behavior can improve the productivity of the enterprises. Firstly, the paper reviews the relationship between export and enterprise productivity from the perspectives of theoretical and empirical studies, domestic and foreign scholars, manufacturing and service industries. Then, the paper analyzes the interaction mechanism of export and enterprise productivity from the perspective of self-selection effect and export learning effect, which makes a good theoretical foundation for the empirical research. Then it analyzes the current situation and competitiveness of our country's service export from two aspects of the whole service industry and sub-industry, such as index calculation, chart presentation and so on. Then, the empirical part calculates the total factor productivity with DEA-Malmquist method. Three regression equations are established and the productivity of export and service enterprises is tested by using the ordinary least square estimation method. The results show that the listed companies in the service industry do not support the self-selection effect and the export learning effect. The main reasons are that the traditional service industry is still the main service trade, the sunk cost of service export is low, and the market system of our country is not perfect. Finally, the paper gives some policy suggestions on service trade from the aspects of service export structure, brand construction, and integration of manufacturing and service industries, and points out the further development direction.
