生产性服务业集聚的区际差异、驱动因素与政策选择——基于京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群的比较分析

【摘要】：在城市化进入快速通道和服务经济已经成为经济增长主要推动力的背景下,生产性服务业的集聚发展是我国实现产业深度融合、经济发展方式转变的关键。本文利用2003-2014年城市面板数据,运用空间基尼系数对京津冀、长江三角和珠江三角等城市群的生产性服务业集聚进行测度,并用固定效应的面板数据模型分别对其驱动因素进行比较分析,发现不同城市群生产性服务业集聚的路径存在差异。因此,要基于现实经济基础和未来产业发展趋势,以城市群为主要空间载体,选择针对性政策来促进生产性服务业集聚发展。
[Abstract]:Under the background that urbanization has entered the fast passage and service economy has become the main driving force of economic growth, the agglomeration and development of producer services is the key to realize the deep integration of industry and the transformation of economic development mode in China. Using urban panel data from 2003 to 2014, this paper uses spatial Gini coefficient to measure the concentration of producer services in urban agglomerations such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. Using the fixed effect panel data model to compare and analyze the driving factors, it is found that there are different paths of producer services agglomeration in different urban agglomerations. Therefore, based on the realistic economic basis and the future industrial development trend, taking the urban agglomeration as the main spatial carrier, we should choose the targeted policies to promote the development of producer services agglomeration.
