郑州美意婚庆投资项目可行性研究

【摘要】：随着我国国民经济的快速增长,城乡居民生活水平的日益提高,人们的婚庆方式趋向于个性化和时尚化,婚礼的形式、内容、地点变得多样化、个性化。婚庆公司随之在全国各地迅速发展起来。本文以美意婚庆服务项目为研究对象,结合婚庆服务市场的特征,对该项目的可行性问题进行分析。本论文首先简要阐述了选题背景、研究目的及研究内容等问题；接着对项目可行性分析等相关理论和范畴进行了介绍,并对国内外有关可行性分析的相关研究进行了梳理、归纳和综述；然后,对郑州美意婚庆公司投资项目进行了概述,对该项目的市场需求和投资环境进行了分析。接下来,运用项目管理的相关知识、理论和方法,着重从项目选址、器材用品、团队组建、组织架构、项目的经济可行性、社会效益等方面对该建设项目的可行性进行了较详细的研究和分析,对该项目所面临的风险进行了评估。研究表明,该项目具有现实可行性。本文尝试将项目管理的有关理论和方法应用于婚庆公司建设项目中,本研究对郑州美意婚庆公司投资项目建设具有实践意义,并对其他类似的婚庆公司建设项目也具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of our national economy and the improvement of the living standards of urban and rural residents, people's wedding methods tend to be personalized and fashionable, the form, content and location of wedding become diversified and individualized. The wedding company developed rapidly throughout the country. Based on the characteristics of wedding service market, the feasibility of this project is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, this paper briefly describes the background, purpose and content of the research, and then introduces the relevant theories and categories of project feasibility analysis, and combs the relevant research on feasibility analysis at home and abroad. Then, the investment project of Zhengzhou Meiyi wedding company is summarized, and the market demand and investment environment of the project are analyzed. Next, using the relevant knowledge, theory and method of project management, focusing on the project location, equipment and supplies, team formation, organizational structure, the economic feasibility of the project. The feasibility of the project is studied and analyzed in detail, and the risk of the project is evaluated. The research shows that the project is feasible. This paper attempts to apply the relevant theories and methods of project management to the construction project of wedding company. This study has practical significance for the investment project construction of Zhengzhou Meiyi wedding company. And other similar wedding company construction projects also have reference significance.
