医疗行业价格规制的困境与出路

【摘要】：医疗服务价格规制的目的是控制医疗费用的过度增长、增加医疗的可及性以及合理配置医疗卫生资源。但是,我国医疗服务价格规制的目的却与初衷不相符,出现价格规制结构的异化、价值规律的背离、激励的逆选择、资源配置的不合理等困境,针对这些困境,分析它们产生的不同原因,并在此基础上根据不同原因提出了不同的解决路径。
[Abstract]:The purpose of price regulation of medical service is to control the excessive increase of medical cost, increase the accessibility of medical treatment and allocate medical and health resources reasonably. However, the purpose of the price regulation of medical services in China is inconsistent with the original intention, such as the alienation of the price regulation structure, the deviation of the law of value, the adverse choice of incentive, the unreasonable allocation of resources and so on. On the basis of analyzing the different causes of them, different solutions are put forward according to the different reasons.
