以发展高端服务业促进国家经济安全

【摘要】：高端服务业是对战略性资源具有非常强的控制能力的相关服务业。其具体业态包括金融、科技研发、高端商贸、商务服务、文化创意等服务行业。高端服务体系的建立、健全及竞争力的提升,是维护国家经济安全的核心与关键。通过推动高端服务业大发展,建立维护产业安全的大环境,比单纯通过行政手段维护产业安全,具有更高的效率,也更符合国际游戏规则。为了促进高端服务业大发展,提升我国产业安全水平,必须整合国内高端服务业资源,形成高端服务业竞争优势,打造旗舰型高端服务企业,缔造高端服务品牌,并通过提升城市竞争力来打造高端服务业集聚带。
[Abstract]:The high-end service industry is the related service industry which has the very strong control ability to the strategic resources. Its specific forms include finance, technology R & D, high-end commerce, business services, culture and creativity and other service industries. The establishment of high-end service system and the improvement of competitiveness are the core and key to the maintenance of national economic security. By promoting the great development of high-end service industry and establishing the environment of maintaining industrial security, it is more efficient and more consistent with the international rules of the game than merely maintaining industrial security through administrative means. In order to promote the development of high-end service industry and improve the level of industrial safety in China, we must integrate domestic high-end service resources, form the competitive advantage of high-end service industry, build a flagship high-end service enterprise and create a high-end service brand. And by improving the competitiveness of the city to create a high-end service agglomeration zone.
