基于模糊理论与t检验的乡村外包动因机制分析及实证研究

【摘要】：受金融危机等多种因素的影响,美国的服务外包出现了一种新的模式——乡村外包,该模式未来发展极有可能使美国调低对发展中国家的发包量与发包频率。本文通过调查问卷实证分析了乡村外包的产生背景与形成动因,并总结出效率、法律与就业动因受企业支持度较高。通过构建层次结构模型借助模糊综合评判法进行多准则决策检验,结果表明:政治方面的法律动因与就业动因对乡村外包的影响较大。本文有针对性地提出了我国接包商向美国接包时与乡村外包商抗衡的具体对策,这一结论也为"十二五"时期我国大力推进服务外包新兴产业转型升级政策提供了理论支持。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of financial crisis and other factors, a new mode of service outsourcing has emerged in the United States, rural outsourcing, which is likely to lead the United States to reduce the quantity and frequency of contracting out to developing countries in the future. This paper empirically analyzes the background and motivation of rural outsourcing by questionnaire, and concludes that efficiency, law and employment motivation are highly supported by enterprises. By constructing the hierarchical model and using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to test the multi-criteria decision making, the results show that the political legal motivation and the employment motivation have a great influence on rural outsourcing. In this paper, the author puts forward some specific countermeasures for China's contractors to compete with rural outsourcing providers when they receive contracts from the United States. This conclusion also provides theoretical support for vigorously promoting the transformation and upgrading policy of new service outsourcing industries in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
