基于价值生态系统的创意产业价值创造能力评价研究

【摘要】:创意产业概念自1998年由英国创意产业特别工作小组(CITF)正式提出至今仅十余年时间,但它已显示出巨大的价值及财富创造的潜力,正在不断改变着当前的产业结构,推动着世界经济增长方式的改变,并深刻地影响着人类的生活。创意产业不同于传统产业的财富创造途径,即其主要的价值源泉不再是自然资源而是个体的创意、技巧及才华等无形的创造力,其独特的价值创造途径、资源集约性以及高增值的可能性,使对创意产业如何创造价值的探讨,和对其价值创造能力的评价成为当前最重要的研究问题之一。 本论文主要以中国国家自然科学基金项目“创意产业园区组织生态系统演进及竞争力评价模型研究”,以及澳大利亚国家项目研究理事会资助项目:"Researches around the development of soft infrastructures in creative clusters between China and Australia(软设施、新媒体和创意集群:中国与澳大利亚的能力发展)”为依托,以中澳实证对比为基础进行了创意产业价值创造生态系统的构建和价值创造能力评价,以期对当前创意产业的价值创造机制进行探讨,对不同区域的创意产业价值创造能力进行评价比较。 论文研究的主要思路是,通过文献综述和分析选择价值生态作为适用于研究创意产业价值创造过程的适当视角;进而构建创意产业的价值创造生态系统模型,并进行系统内主要生态位、种群互动关系以及环境影响因素的阐述;进一步借鉴创意指数及相近指数体系构建的思路和方法,构建基于突变级数法的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型;最后以中国和澳大利亚的两个典型区域——上海和昆士兰州为实证对象,进行两地区定性及定量角度的创意产业价值创造能力对比分析。论文具体结构安排如下: 第一章绪论部分讨论了本文的研究背景、研究意义、主要的研究思路、研究方法和技术路线,总结了论文的创新点。 第二章和第三章为理论基础部分。在综述创意产业内涵、价值创造源泉、特征及影响因素研究的现状基础上,以价值创造研究模式为视角总结当前创意产业价值创造的三种不同研究模式,为下文建立价值生态视角的创意产业价值创造生态系统做出理论铺垫。 第四章和第五章为主要理论及模型研究部分。首先借助生态系统结构构建创意产业的价值创造生态系统概念模型,并重点对其中包括创意者、创意生产者、消费者、创意营销方和媒体中介在内的五个价值创造关键生态位进行了识别;对各生态位之间构成的依存共生、独立共生、非完全独立共生以及捕食互动关系进行了进一步分析;依托生态环境因素性质识别了经济因素、文化氛围、法律环境、信息技术以及政策环境五个影响创意产业价值创造主要因素,初步构建创意产业价值创造生态位环境适应模型;并结合苹果公司案例总结了创意产业价值创造生态系统及其中的价值流动形式及价值的捕获。然后,为了构建可行的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型,进一步借鉴创意指数及相近指数体系构建的思路和方法,在创意产业价值创造生态系统概念模型基础上,构建基于突变级数法的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型。 第六章为实证应用部分。选取上海和昆士兰州作为中澳国典型区域,从定性分析比较角度,分别对上海和昆士兰州的五个价值创造生态位以及其构成的四组互动关系,和五个影响价值创造的环境因素进行了阐述和对比分析;然后分别建立上海和昆士兰的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型,并对两地区近十年间的时间序列发展趋势进行分析,对两者价值创造生态环境总体健康状态进行了对比,并最终分别给出各自增强创意产业价值创造能力的策略建议。 第七章为总结和展望。主要对论文取得的主要结论,以及仍存在的不足和需要进一步研究的问题进行探讨。 本文主要运用文献研究法、模型分析、案例研究、数理统计以及调研分析等研究方法,综合运用生态学相关理论、突变理论等,规范研究与实证分析相结合进行研究。本文综述评价了创意产业、价值理论、价值创造研究模式、创意指数研究等,为论文的研究提供强大的理论及实践基础;运用了Logistic增长模型和lotka-Volterra模型对四种互动关系进行了数值分析,为描述系统中的价值流动和增殖提供了可行的方法基础;采用案例分析法,以苹果公司的iPhone与AppStore成功结合的案例对创意产业价值创造生态系统进行进一步分析,使抽象的理论研究更加贴合实际;采用实地调研分析、专家打分的方法对上海和昆士兰各自所注重的不同的影响创意产业价值创造能力的因素进行了区分排序,实现了地区特征的保留和区别。并在此基础上收集采用了两地近十年间的大量相关数据,运用突变级数数理统计方法对上海与昆士兰的创意产业价值创造能力进行了评价对比。 本文主要的创新点有: 第一,将定义不明确的价值及价值创造的相关研究从线形、网状和系统研究模式角度进行归纳,并将三种模式运用到了对创意产业价值创造机制的研究中,以同样的视角归纳总结了目前涉及创意产业价值研究的成果。并在此基础上选择了价值生态研究模型作为适用于研究创意产业价值创造过程的适当视角。 第二,将生态学隐喻引入创意产业价值创造研究模式中,借鉴生态系统构建了创意产业价值创造生态系统。使创意产业的价值创造过程具象化,并且为其中的主要生态位、种群关系以及环境影响等分析找到了科学的理论及方法依据。 第三,将权重分析引入对创意指数及相近指数体系的对比中,归纳出主要的影响因素类型。使论文得以将创意产业价值创造生态系统特征与现行的主要影响因素类型相结合,最后提出基于价值生态系统的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型。 第四,以突变级数法为基础的创意产业价值创造能力评价模型,允许评价对象根据本身发展实际情况确定底部层次的指标细节及其不同的重要性排序,同时又允许不同对象在较高层次上制定一定的可比的标准,这样既实现了对具有不同政策、环境、产业形态性质等的不同区域进行差别实证评价,也能在一定程度上实现不同价值创造生态系统的健康状态对比。 第五,中澳典型区域的对比实证评价,不仅为本文的理论和方法研究提供了实证运用基础,而且通过定性和定量上的对比,明确了上海和昆士兰各自创意产业发展历程和优劣势,为其进一步发展提供了切实可鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The concept of creative industry has been formally proposed by the British creative industry special working group (CITF) in 1998 for only ten years, but it has shown great value and potential for wealth creation, which is constantly changing the current industrial structure, promoting the changes in the way of world economic growth, and profoundly affecting human life. The industry is different from the traditional industry's wealth creation way, that is, its main source of value is no longer the natural resources but the individual creativity, skill and talent and intangible creativity, its unique way of creating value, the intensivism of resources and the possibility of high value added, so that how to create value and create value to the creative industry and its value creation Ability evaluation has become one of the most important research questions at present.
This paper is mainly based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China, "organizational ecosystem evolution and competitiveness evaluation model of Creative Industrial Park", and the Australian National Project Research Council funded project: "Researches around the development of soft infrastructures in creative clusters between China) A (soft facilities, new media and creative clusters: the development of China and Australia), based on the comparison of China and Australia, carries out the construction of the creative industry value creation ecosystem and the evaluation of the value creation ability, with a view to discussing the value creation mechanism of the present creative industry and the value of creative industries in different regions. The main idea of this paper is that the literature review and the analysis of the selection of value ecology are used as the appropriate perspective to study the creative process of creative industry value creation, and then the value creation ecosystem model of creative industry is constructed, and the main ecological niche, the population interaction relationship and the environmental impact factors in the system are expounded; Based on the ideas and methods of constructing the creative index system and the similar index system, the evaluation model of creative industry value creation based on catastrophe series method is constructed. Finally, the creative industry value creation in the qualitative and quantitative aspects of the two regions is carried out in two typical regions of China and Australia, Shanghai and Queensland. The specific structure of the paper is as follows:
The first chapter discusses the research background, significance, main research ideas, research methods and technical routes, and summarizes the innovation of the paper.
The second chapter and the third chapter are the theoretical basis. On the basis of the summary of the connotation of creative industry, the source of value creation, the characteristics and the influencing factors, this paper sums up the three different research modes of the creative industry value creation with the perspective of value creation research, and establishes the creative industry value creation student for the value ecological perspective. The state system makes theoretical groundwork.
The fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the theory and model research. Firstly, the ecological system structure is used to build the concept model of the value creation of creative industries, and the key ecological niche of five values, including creative people, creative producers, consumers, creative marketing parties and media intermediaries, is identified. The interdependence of each niche, independent symbiosis, non complete independent symbiosis and predator interaction are further analyzed. Based on the nature of ecological environment, the main factors that affect the value creation of creative industries are identified by five factors, such as economic factors, cultural atmosphere, legal environment, information technology and policy environment. The value of the meaning industry creates the ecological niche adaptation model, and combines the case of the Apple Corp to sum up the ecological system of creative industry value creation and the capture of value flow form and value in it. Then, in order to build a feasible evaluation model of creative industry value creation ability, we can draw on the construction of creative index and similar index system. On the basis of the concept model of creative industry value creation ecosystem, the evaluation model of creative industry value creation ability based on catastrophe series method is constructed.
The sixth chapter is an empirical part. Shanghai and Queensland are selected as the typical regions of China and Australia. From the qualitative analysis, the five value creation niche of Shanghai and Queensland, as well as the four groups of interaction relations, and the five environmental factors affecting the value creation are expounded and compared. The evaluation model of creative industry value creation ability of Shanghai and Queensland is set up, and the development trend of the time series of the two regions in the last ten years is analyzed, and the overall health state of the two values is contrasted, and the strategies for enhancing the creative ability of creative industries are given respectively.
The seventh chapter is the summary and outlook. The main conclusions and shortcomings of the paper and the problems that need further study are mainly discussed.
This article mainly uses literature research method, model analysis, case study, mathematical statistics and research and analysis methods, comprehensive use of ecology related theory, catastrophe theory, normative research and empirical analysis. This article reviews and evaluates the creative industry, value theory, value creation research model, creative index research, etc. This paper provides a strong theoretical and practical basis for the research of the paper, and uses the Logistic growth model and the lotka-Volterra model to carry out numerical analysis of four interactive relationships, which provides a feasible method basis for the description of the value flow and proliferation in the system. The case analysis method is used to combine the Apple Corp's iPhone and AppStore successfully. The case studies the creative industry value creation ecological system further, and makes the abstract theoretical research more realistic. The method of field investigation and analysis and expert scoring has made a distinction between the different factors that affect the creative industry value creation ability of Shanghai and Queensland, and realized the regional characteristics. On the basis of this, a large number of relevant data were collected and adopted in the past ten years. The value creation ability of creative industries in Shanghai and Queensland was evaluated and compared with the method of mathematical statistics of catastrophe series.
The main innovations of this paper are:
First, the relevant research on value and value creation which is unclear is summarized from the angle of linear, mesh and system research, and the three models are applied to the study of the creative industry value creation mechanism, and the results of the research on the creative industry value are summarized in the same view. The value ecology research model is suitable for studying the value creation process of creative industries.
Second, the ecological metaphor is introduced into the research model of creative industry value creation, and the ecosystem of creative industry value creation is constructed by using the ecological system. The value creation process of the creative industry is figurative, and the scientific theoretical and method basis is found for the analysis of the main niche, the population relationship and the environmental impact.
Third, by introducing the weight analysis into the comparison of the creative index and the similar index system, the main types of influence factors are summed up. The paper combines the creative industry value creation of the ecological system with the current main influencing factors, and finally puts forward the evaluation model of creative industry value creation based on the value system of value. Type.
Fourth, the evaluation model of creative industry value creation based on catastrophe series method allows the evaluation object to determine the details of the bottom level and the order of different importance according to the actual situation itself. At the same time, it allows the different objects to make certain comparable standards at a higher level. The different regions of the policy, environment, and the nature of the industry are evaluated by different regions, and the health state of the ecosystems with different values can be achieved to a certain extent.
Fifth, the comparative empirical evaluation of the typical regions of China and Australia not only provides an empirical basis for the study of the theory and method of this article, but also makes clear the development process and advantages and disadvantages of the creative industries in Shanghai and Queensland through qualitative and quantitative comparison, which provides practical experience for further development.
