厦门星级酒店效率评价及优化对策

【摘要】:酒店业作为旅游业的支柱产业,其效率已经引起每一个管理业者的关注。如何评估酒店业的效率,也已成为旅游业一个重要的研究领域。目前,国内外普遍采用财务指标比较的方法来研究酒店业的经营效率。然而,对酒店业的运作效率,如技术效率,规模效率等指标进行全面系统分析的研究依然比较欠缺。 本文引入数据包络分析方法,通过数据包络分析法中的CCR模型,以厦门市的星级酒店为例,从《厦门经济特区年鉴》中选择了2009-2012年间的相关数据,对技术效率和规模效率进行分析比较。 全文分为七章:第一章绪论,论述了酒店业效率的研究背景与意义,提出本文的研究方法及研究框架。第二章文献综述,对目前国内外有关旅游产业效率的研究进行了回顾与述评,总结了国内外旅游产业效率研究的差异性和特点。第三章介绍了效率理论及其评价方法。第四章,评价模型与研究设计。具体介绍效率测算的非参数方法(DEA)以及CCR模型。第五章,厦门星级酒店效率评价。第六章提出了厦门星级酒店效率的优化对策。最后一章是结论与展望。本章归纳总结了主要的研究结论,指出论文研究中存在的局限性,提出未来研究中需要进一步深入研究的问题。 本文的创新点在于引入效率概念,并运用DEA模型衡量星级酒店的效率,更准确而有效地判断出厦门星级酒店业效率变化的原因,并得出以下结论:(1)2009-2012年间,厦门市星级酒店业的整体效率较高,呈增长趋势。(2)总体上厦门星级酒店的规模效率和纯技术效率间存在一定差距。(3)厦门市星级酒店业投入产出指标存在投入冗余和产出不足现象。
[Abstract]:Hotel industry as the pillar industry of tourism, its efficiency has attracted the attention of every management industry. How to evaluate the efficiency of hotel industry has become an important research field in tourism industry. At present, the financial index comparison method is widely used at home and abroad to study the management efficiency of hotel industry. However, the study of hotel operation efficiency, such as technical efficiency, scale efficiency and so on, is still lacking. This paper introduces the method of data envelopment analysis, through the CCR model of data envelopment analysis, taking the star hotels in Xiamen as an example, selects the relevant data from the yearbook of Xiamen Special Economic Zone from 2009 to 2012. Technical efficiency and scale efficiency are analyzed and compared. The thesis is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of hotel industry efficiency, and puts forward the research methods and research framework of this paper. In the second chapter, the author reviews and reviews the research on tourism industry efficiency at home and abroad, and summarizes the differences and characteristics of tourism industry efficiency research at home and abroad. The third chapter introduces the efficiency theory and its evaluation method. The fourth chapter, evaluation model and research design. The non-parametric method of efficiency measurement (DEA) and CCR model are introduced in detail. The fifth chapter, Xiamen star hotel efficiency evaluation. The sixth chapter puts forward the optimization countermeasure of Xiamen star hotel efficiency. The last chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the main research conclusions, points out the limitations of the research, and points out the problems that need to be further studied in the future. The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of the concept of efficiency and the use of DEA model to measure the efficiency of star-rated hotels, and more accurately and effectively judge the reasons for the change of efficiency of Xiamen star-rated hotels, and draw the following conclusions: (1) from 2009-2012, The overall efficiency of the star hotel industry in Xiamen is relatively high. (2) there is a certain gap between the scale efficiency and the pure technical efficiency of the star hotels in Xiamen. (3) the input-output index of the star hotel industry in Xiamen has the phenomenon of input redundancy and insufficient output.
