生产性服务业功能区综合评价研究
[Abstract]:Producer service industry is an inevitable trend in the higher stage of manufacturing development and has become an important engine to promote economic development. As an important organizational form and carrier for the development of producer services, the comprehensive development level of producer services has become one of the important symbols to measure the comprehensive competitiveness and modernization level of a country or region. The comprehensive evaluation of functional areas can understand the importance of various factors to its construction and development, and provide the basis for the management and decision-making of functional areas. Combined with economics and management, this paper creatively constructs a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of producer service functional area with generality. The comprehensive evaluation method of producer service function area is studied from static and dynamic perspectives. The main research results are as follows: firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research status of producer service functional areas, and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of producer services functional areas. Combing the producer services and the development of functional areas related to the basic theory. Second, on the basis of practical experience and literature review, comprehensive use of frequency analysis, theoretical analysis, Delphi method and statistical analysis and other methods, from supporting functions and service quality, economic benefits and comprehensive strength, The comprehensive evaluation index system of producer service functional areas was constructed in six aspects: industrial development and agglomeration level, brand strategy and scientific and technological innovation, energy saving and consumption reduction and ecological protection, organization management and spiritual civilization. Thirdly, by comparing and analyzing various comprehensive evaluation methods and combining the characteristics of producer service functional areas, a static comprehensive evaluation model called AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for producer service functional areas is put forward. The concrete steps of "determining index weight by AHP" and "using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method" are discussed in detail. By using the static synthesis model, we can help the functional areas to be evaluated to make their own comprehensive level clear, to find out the gap between them and other functional areas, and to formulate the corresponding overall development strategies. This paper selects the typical producer service function area in Shanghai, and analyzes the feasibility and scientific nature of the evaluation model by using the above evaluation index system and evaluation model. Fourth, on the basis of the above research, this paper further discusses the dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of the producer services functional areas, and constructs a fuzzy multi-index evaluation model. That is, based on the index weight given by experts or participating member organizations and the language variable set of index value, the comprehensive evaluation value is obtained. By calculating the expected value of triangular fuzzy number, the comprehensive situation of evaluation function area is sorted at different time. A comparative analysis was carried out. The comprehensive evaluation model can monitor the comprehensive development trend of the producer services functional areas in a certain period of time, and help to identify the shortcomings and potential problems in the development of the functional areas to be evaluated. And by paying attention to the trend state of the key factors affecting its comprehensive development, timely and effective adjustment is made. In this paper, a producer services functional area in Shanghai is selected to carry out the dynamic comprehensive evaluation from 2008 to 2010.
