广西太和投资有限公司颐养服务业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会老龄化程度的加深,企业进入老年颐养服务产业数量增大,颐养服务产业投资巨大,投资回收期长、盈利模式单一以及产业趋同等因素,使进入该行业的企业面临着前所未有的风险和竞争压力。企业要在这行业标准缺失、产品同质化严重、投资风险大的行业中投资养老服务业并取得成功,.企业战略是一个急需解决的问题。由于养老服务产业在我国是一个新兴的产业,日益扩大的老年群体对养老服务的需求巨大、现有机构难以满足需要,投资养老服务产业项目资金需求大、投资回收期长、资源占用多、运营风险高等特点,决定了企业的制定战略管理的重要性。对于企业提供服务产品而言,因服务需求人群的经济条件、观念、爱好等方面的差异,对服务的细分要求不同以及企业拥有资源不同,颐养服务业与医疗、旅游、教育、保健等诸多行业及产业链中的企业关系密切,这些特性决定了企业发展和竞争战略的选择。 本文以广西太和投资有限公司的颐养服务产业发展战略管理作为研究对象,通过进行大量资料搜集,走访广西区内外有代表性的养老产业项目,利用文献归纳法、调查法、比较分析法,借助PEST分析模型、“波特五力分析”、SW0T等工具,对企业面临政治、经济、社会、技术、行业竞争环境进行分析。本文在分析的基础上,对企业内部优势、弱势和外部的机会、威胁进行匹配,得出可行备选战略,对太和公司有现实的指导意义,所提的产业运营模式具有一定的创新性性,对行业的发展有一定示范推动作用。 通过本文的研究,从一定层面上也可看到广西太和投资有限公司面临的问题在其他涉及老年颐养服务业的企业也普遍存在。养老服务产业发展潜力巨大,面对“银发经济”发展机遇,进入者众多,在市场发展不规范、标准缺失,竞争日趋激烈的情况下,企业结合自身资源,从实际出发,根据不同战略理论的优点与不足,选择适合企业发展的战略,提前做好战略布局,才能在风险高但发展前景好的颐养产业中占据良好的位置。希望本文对国内拟进入养老服务业领域发展的企业具有一定有理论指导和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the aging of our society, the number of enterprises entering the elderly care service industry increases, the investment in the industry is huge, the payback period is long, the profit model is single, and the industry converges. The enterprises that enter this industry are faced with unprecedented risks and competitive pressures. Enterprises should invest in the pension service industry successfully in the industries where the industry standards are missing, the products are homogenized seriously, and the investment risks are high. Enterprise strategy is an urgent problem to be solved. Because the old-age service industry is a new industry in our country, the increasing demand of the elderly group for the old-age service is huge, the existing institutions are difficult to meet the need, the investment in the old-age service industry project capital demand is large, the investment payback period is long. The characteristics of resource occupation and high operational risk determine the importance of strategic management. For the service products provided by enterprises, due to the differences in economic conditions, concepts, hobbies and so on among the people in need of services, the subdivision of services and the different resources owned by enterprises, the catering service industry and medical care, tourism, education, etc., Health care and other industries and industrial chains are closely related, which determines the choice of enterprise development and competition strategy. This paper takes the development strategy management of the nursing service industry of Guangxi Taihe Investment Co., Ltd as the research object, through a large amount of data collection, visits the representative old-age industry projects inside and outside Guangxi, utilizes the literature induction method, the investigation method, With the help of pest analysis model and SW0T, this paper analyzes the competitive environment of enterprises facing politics, economy, society, technology and industry. On the basis of analysis, this paper matches the internal advantages, weaknesses and external opportunities and threats of the enterprises, obtains feasible alternative strategies, and has practical guiding significance for Taihe Company. The proposed industrial operation model is innovative to a certain extent. To the development of the industry has a certain demonstration to promote the role. Through the research of this paper, we can also see that the problems faced by Guangxi Taihe Investment Co., Ltd. are also common in other enterprises involved in the elderly care service industry. In the face of the development opportunity of "silver hair economy", there are many entrants. When the market development is not standardized, the standard is missing and the competition is increasingly fierce, the enterprises combine their own resources and proceed from the reality. According to the advantages and disadvantages of different strategic theories, choosing the strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise and making a good strategic layout in advance can occupy a good position in the nursing industry with high risk but good development prospects. I hope this paper has some theoretical guidance and reference significance for domestic enterprises to enter the field of pension services.
