浙江省海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展研究

【摘要】：随着海洋经济发展示范区和舟山群岛新区建设上升为国家战略，海洋经济已成为浙江省战略意义增长点。海洋产业的转型升级将为生产性服务业提供广泛的需求空间，而生产性服务业也能为海洋产业提供强大的发展动力。因此，在浙江省建设海洋经济强省的背景下，研究海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展具有一定的时代意义和新颖性。 本文研究思路如下：(1)基于分工、价值链、共生以及竞争力等视角，论述了海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展机理，构建了互动发展模型；(2)利用Granger因果检验分析法和灰色关联系数法，，探讨了浙江省海洋产业与生产性服务业的因果互动关系以及关系密切程度。同时，基于浙江省海洋产业与生产性服务业的发展历程以及互动发展关系，从海洋经济发展三阶段出发，揭示了海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展规律；(3)构建浙江省海洋产业PKNN时间序列预测模型和生产性服务业GM(1,1)灰色预测模型，对海洋产业和生产性服务业发展水平进行预测，并利用弹性分析判断海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展趋势；(4)基于良性互动发展原则，针对海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展趋势与障碍，提出了浙江省在海洋经济强省建设背景下海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展对策。 研究表明，浙江省现阶段海洋产业与生产性服务业还处于较低层次的互动发展阶段，海洋产业对生产性服务业的拉动作用还不明显，商务服务业、信息服务业、金融服务业与海洋产业的关联较不密切，对海洋产业的影响作用不大。浙江省亟需就海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展展开一系列的发展对策研究，才能日益增强海洋产业对生产性服务业的需求，日渐凸显生产性服务业对海洋产业的支撑作用，从而提高海洋产业与生产性服务业的持续竞争力。 本研究将有助于推动国内外海洋产业与生产性服务业互动发展研究的深化和细化，为学术界在今后对这一问题的研究和探讨打下有利基础，为政府有关部门进行科学决策提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of marine economy and the construction of Zhoushan archipelago's new area, the marine economy has become the strategic growth point of Zhejiang Province. The transformation and upgrading of marine industry will provide a wide range of demand space for producer services, and producer services can also provide a strong driving force for the development of marine industry. Therefore, under the background of constructing a strong province of marine economy in Zhejiang Province, it is of great significance and novelty to study the interactive development of marine industry and producer service industry. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the perspectives of division of labor, value chain, symbiosis and competitiveness, this paper discusses the interactive development mechanism of marine industry and producer services, and constructs an interactive development model; (2) using Granger causality test method and grey correlation coefficient method, the relationship between marine industry and producer service industry in Zhejiang Province is discussed. At the same time, based on the development process and interactive development relationship between marine industry and producer service industry in Zhejiang Province, the law of interactive development between marine industry and producer service industry is revealed from the three stages of marine economic development. (3) constructing the forecasting model of PKNN time series of marine industry in Zhejiang Province and GM (1 / 1) grey forecasting model of producer service industry, and forecasting the development level of marine industry and producer service industry. The interactive development trend of marine industry and producer service industry is judged by elastic analysis. (4) based on the principle of benign interactive development, the interactive development trend and obstacles between marine industry and producer service industry are pointed out. The interactive development countermeasures between marine industry and producer service industry in Zhejiang Province are put forward under the background of building a strong marine economy province. The research shows that the marine industry and producer service industry in Zhejiang Province are still in a low level of interactive development stage, the role of marine industry to producer services is not obvious, business service industry, information service industry, The relationship between financial service industry and marine industry is not close, and it has little effect on marine industry. In order to strengthen the demand of marine industry for producer service industry, Zhejiang Province needs to carry out a series of development countermeasures on the interactive development of marine industry and producer service industry, so as to highlight the supporting role of producer service industry to marine industry. In order to improve the marine industry and producer services sustainable competitiveness. This study will help to deepen and refine the research on the interactive development of marine industry and producer services at home and abroad, and lay a favorable foundation for the future research and discussion of this issue in academic circles. For the relevant government departments to provide reference for scientific decision-making.
