鼎熙阁休闲会馆发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速发展，我国的经济实力逐渐增强，为实现经济集约型发展，完善经济产业结构，国家逐步进行产业结构调整，大力发展第三产业，特别是服务业。休闲娱乐行业是我国服务业的主要组成部分，不经能够带动社会就业，还能够为社会提供多种服务。本文研究锦州市鼎熙阁休闲会馆的企业发展战略，并对中小服务企业制定良性发展战略，为我国服务业的发展提供重要参考价值。 本文首先对休闲产业的发展战略相关理论进行综述，包括休闲产业的相关理论、企业发展战略的相关理论等。其次对企业发展战略的理论进行了分析，包括SWOT理论、五力缺口模型理论等，为后文现状分析奠定了理论基础。第三，对鼎熙阁的企业发展现状进行了SWOT分析，利用SWOT手段分析了鼎熙阁发展中的政治、经济、文化等环境分析，并分析了行业现状、竞争者现状等，总结了鼎熙阁发展中的优势、劣势、机会等。第四，对鼎熙阁的发展战略进行了详细的制定，包括战略目标、战略阶段划分、战略重点确定等，并制定了服务产品差异化、企业扩张多样化、人才促进专业化等战略对策。 通过对鼎熙阁休闲会馆的战略研究，，总结其发展过程中的不足，并根据经济发展和未来国家产业发展优惠政策，对鼎熙阁的发展提供具有可行性的战略对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the economic strength of our country is gradually strengthened. In order to realize the intensive development of economy and perfect the economic industrial structure, the country gradually adjusts the industrial structure and vigorously develops the tertiary industry, especially the service industry. Leisure and entertainment industry is the main component of our country's service industry. It can not only promote social employment, but also provide a variety of services for the society. This paper studies the enterprise development strategy of Jinzhou Dingxi Pavilion Leisure Guild, and provides important reference value for the development of service industry in China by formulating a benign development strategy for small and medium-sized service enterprises. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of leisure industry development strategy, including leisure industry theory, enterprise development strategy theory and so on. Secondly, the theory of enterprise development strategy is analyzed, including SWOT theory, five-force gap model theory and so on, which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the present situation. Third, the SWOT analysis of the current situation of the enterprise development of the Ding Xi GE, the use of SWOT means to analyze the political, economic, cultural and other environmental analysis of the development of the Ding Xi Pavilion, and to analyze the current situation of the industry, competitors and so on. Summarized the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and so on in the development of Ding Xi Pavilion. Fourth, the development strategy of Ding Xi Pavilion is formulated in detail, including strategic goal, strategic stage division, strategic emphases, and so on, and the strategic countermeasures such as service product differentiation, enterprise expansion and diversification, talent promotion specialization and so on are formulated. Based on the strategic study of the Dingxi Pavilion, this paper summarizes the deficiencies in its development process, and provides feasible strategic countermeasures for the development of the Tingxi Pavilion according to the preferential policies of economic development and future national industrial development.
