中国知识密集型服务业创新溢出效应的实证研究——基于社会网络的动态分析

【摘要】：基于2002年和2007年的投入产出表,测算了知识密集型服务业中流程创新溢出效应和产品创新溢出效应,并构建创新溢出网络,通过社会网络分析研究两种创新溢出网络的结构、活跃程度及其变化趋势,以及知识密集型服务业在其中功能地位的变迁.结果表明,知识密集型服务业对其他产业存在溢出效应.从溢出方式看,流程创新溢出效应大于产品创新溢出效应,但两者差距在缩小;从创新网络看,流程创新溢出网络的活跃程度和效率要高于产品创新溢出网络,产品创新溢出效应在不断提高;但其他产业对于创新溢出的利用率较为有限.知识密集型服务业虽然不是网络的中心,但是扮演着重要的创新源角色.所以应该从加强基础设施建设、平衡创新和溢出、促进企业良性竞争以及鼓励企业主动采用等方面采取措施促进创新溢出.
[Abstract]:Based on the input-output tables of 2002 and 2007, this paper calculates the spillover effect of process innovation and product innovation in knowledge-intensive service industry, and constructs the innovation spillover network, and studies the structure of the two kinds of innovation spillover networks through social network analysis. The degree of activity and its changing trend, as well as the change of the function status of knowledge-intensive service industry. The results show that the knowledge intensive service industry has spillover effects on other industries. From the perspective of spillover mode, the spillover effect of process innovation is greater than that of product innovation, but the gap between the two is narrowing. From the perspective of innovation network, the active degree and efficiency of process innovation spillover network are higher than that of product innovation spillover network. The spillover effect of product innovation is increasing, but the utilization rate of innovation spillover in other industries is limited. Although knowledge-intensive service industry is not the center of the network, it plays an important role as a source of innovation. Therefore, we should take measures to promote innovation spillover from the aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction, balancing innovation and spillover, promoting healthy competition of enterprises and encouraging enterprises to take the initiative to adopt.
