辽宁省生产性服务业发展的问题研究

【摘要】：近30年来，全球经济发展的一个主要趋势就是生产性服务业的发达和兴旺。辽宁省作为东北老工业基地，其服务业尤其是现代生产性服务业的发展还比较滞后，与制造业的快速发展很不适应，从而阻碍了辽宁省工业结构转型。因此大力发展生产性服务业，对调整辽宁产业结构具有重要现实意义。 本文在相关理论分析和实证研究的基础上，系统地探讨了辽宁生产性服务业的发展问题。全文共包含六个部分：第一部分：阐明本文研究的背景及意义，对国内外生产性服务业的研究进行了综述；第二部分：对生产性服务业的概念、特征、作用和一些相关理论进行了介绍，为下文奠定了理论基础；第三部分：运用多种统计方法从不同角度分析了辽宁省生产性服务业的现状及存在的问题，从而对辽宁省的生产性服务业有一个比较全面的了解；第四部分：应用计量经济学的方法，对影响辽宁省生产性服务业发展因素进行了实证分析；第五部分：通过研究国内外发展生产性服务业的成功实践，得到经验和启示；第六部分：有的放矢地提出了促进辽宁省生产性服务业发展的对策，，为相关部门的决策提供了依据。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, a major trend of global economic development is the development and prosperity of producer services. As an old industrial base in Northeast China, Liaoning Province's service industry, especially the modern producer service industry, is still lagging behind, which is not suitable for the rapid development of manufacturing industry, thus hindering the transformation of Liaoning's industrial structure. Therefore, vigorously developing producer services has important practical significance in adjusting Liaoning's industrial structure. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper systematically discusses the development of producer services in Liaoning Province. The thesis consists of six parts: the first part: clarify the background and significance of this study, and review the domestic and foreign producer services research; part two: the concept of producer services, characteristics, Role and some related theories are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following; part three: using various statistical methods to analyze the present situation and existing problems of producer services in Liaoning Province from different angles. Therefore, there is a more comprehensive understanding of producer services in Liaoning Province. Part IV: empirical analysis of factors affecting the development of producer services in Liaoning Province by econometric methods; The fifth part: through studying the successful practice of developing producer services at home and abroad, get experience and enlightenment; part VI: put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of producer services in Liaoning Province. It provides the basis for the decision of relevant departments.
