沈阳市现代服务业集聚竞争力研究

【摘要】：现代服务业集聚发展已成为一种世界性的经济潮流与趋势，它随着大都市产业的结构优化而出现、发展并壮大。目前，现代服务业集聚不但主导着城市的发展水平，而且决定着城市经济的繁荣及地区竞争力的高低。沈阳作为东北地区最大的中心城市，其现代服务业集聚发展较快，但是与北京、上海等国内大城市相比，在现代服务业竞争力方面存在较大差距。为提升沈阳市现代服务业集聚竞争力水平，促进现代服务业保持更好地发展，需要进一步统一认识，明确重点。本文首先给出现代服务业的概念、分类，然后对国内外现代服务业集聚理论研究进行了回顾和梳理。其次，用SWOT分析法，分析了沈阳发展现代服务业集聚的优势、劣势、机会以及威胁。再次，以现代服务业集聚理论为基础，构建了现代服务业集聚竞争力的评价指标体系，选取了集聚程度、集聚发展、集聚创新和集聚环境这四个大因素作为现代服务业集聚竞争力的指标体系的二级指标，，进而将其细化，确定三级指标。在此基础上，用SPSS软件，运用因子分析法，对全国19个主要城市的现代服务业集聚竞争力进行了分析。在此基础上，得出沈阳所处的位置。最后，根据对集聚竞争力的实证分析结果，以及国内典型城市的发展经验，提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The development of modern service agglomeration has become a worldwide economic trend. At present, the agglomeration of modern service industry not only dominates the level of urban development, but also determines the prosperity of urban economy and the level of regional competitiveness. As the largest central city in Northeast China, Shenyang has a rapid development of modern service agglomeration, but compared with Beijing and Shanghai, there is a big gap in the competitiveness of modern service industry. In order to improve the level of agglomeration competitiveness of modern service industry in Shenyang and promote the better development of modern service industry, it is necessary to further unify the understanding and make clear the key points. This paper first gives the concept and classification of modern service industry, and then reviews and combs the theoretical research of modern service industry agglomeration at home and abroad. Secondly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Shenyang's development of modern service agglomeration. Thirdly, based on the theory of modern service agglomeration, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of modern service agglomeration competitiveness, selects the agglomeration degree, agglomeration development, The four major factors of agglomeration innovation and agglomeration environment are regarded as the secondary indexes of the index system of the agglomeration competitiveness of the modern service industry. On the basis of this, using SPSS software and factor analysis method, this paper analyzes the agglomeration competitiveness of modern service industry in 19 major cities in China. On this basis, the location of Shenyang. Finally, according to the empirical analysis results of agglomeration competitiveness and the development experience of typical cities in China, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
