中国节能服务产业发展战略分析——基于利益相关者视角

【摘要】：节能服务产业的发展是被列入我国节能减排"十二五"规划中的重要内容。作为一项复杂的系统工程,节能服务产业的推进与发展需要各方利益相关者的参与,然而由于各方利益的不一致甚至冲突,制约着该产业的发展。基于各利益相关者在节能服务过程中的地位、作用和利益需求,应实施分类管理战略,使各利益相关者目标取向一致,共同推进节能服务产业的健康、快速发展。
[Abstract]:The development of energy-saving service industry is an important part of energy-saving and emission-reduction plan in our country. As a complex system engineering, the promotion and development of energy-saving service industry needs the participation of stakeholders. However, because of the inconsistency or even conflict of the interests of all parties, the development of the industry is restricted. Based on the status, role and interest demand of the stakeholders in the process of energy-saving service, the classified management strategy should be implemented to make the target orientation of the stakeholders consistent and to promote the healthy and rapid development of energy-saving service industry.
