服务业人力资源薪酬体系管理与优化——以汽车服务行业为例

【摘要】:服务行业的薪酬以及薪酬的管理,直接关系到企业的经营与员工的劳动状况。现有的服务企业人力资源管理中,对薪酬的管理过于简单,薪酬的内涵较为单一。实施良好的薪酬管理,优化薪酬管理的结构和方式,可以促进企业对人才的吸引,促使员工充分发挥主动性和积极性,保证企业可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The salary of service industry and the management of salary are directly related to the management of the enterprise and the labor condition of the staff. In the current human resource management of service enterprises, the management of compensation is too simple, and the connotation of compensation is relatively single. The implementation of good salary management and the optimization of the structure and mode of salary management can promote the enterprise to attract talents, urge the staff to give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm, and ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise.
