延边地区星级饭店业员工教育培训研究
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era characterized by knowledge. Continuous learning is the inevitable requirement of market competition to service industry. As a sunrise industry in Yanbian area, star hotel industry is one of the important parts of tourism industry and plays an important role in promoting the economic and social development of Yanbian area. With the rapid development of tourism in Yanbian area, the competition of star-rated hotel industry in Yanbian area is increasingly fierce, and the competition of star-rated hotel industry is essentially the competition of talents. As an important part of human resource development and management, education and training is not only an important way to know, select and educate people, but also the best way to promote the development of individual and star hotel industry. More star hotel industry and individual double income investment mode, is gradually paid attention to by individuals and enterprises. Therefore, in order to be in an invincible position in the increasingly fierce market competition, the star-rated hotel industry must attach great importance to the education and training of staff and the development of human resources. It can be said that the promotion of the overall quality of the star hotel industry can not be separated from the improvement of the quality and ability of all the staff, education and training is undoubtedly the best way to improve the quality and ability of the staff. Improving the quality of staff through education and training is an important way to improve the service quality and competitiveness of star-rated hotels, which not only helps to improve the service quality and reduce the operating costs, but also promotes the team cooperation among their employees. And promote the overall development of the staff themselves. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of the education and training of star-rated hotel staff in Yanbian area, and to put forward the problems in the education and training of star-rated hotel staff in Yanbian area, based on the theory of employee education and training. The countermeasures to improve the education and training of star-level hotel staff in Yanbian area are put forward in allusion to the existing problems.
