真爱集团人力资源管理体系构建研究

【摘要】:近些年来,人力资源管理已经越来越在企业管理中受到重视,人力资源管理已经提升到企业战略层面,因此对企业人力资源管理体系的研究显得非常重要,本文针对真爱集团目前人力资源管理现状以及管理中存在的问题进行了分析,以期解决真爱集团目前人力资源管理中存在的问题。 本文采用文献研究法和实证分析法,结合真爱集团进行分析,针对公司目前人力资源管理中存在的问题,文章主要是从人力资源规划、招聘体系、培训管理体系、绩效管理体系、薪酬管理体系几个方面建立完善的人力资源管理体系,并在最后提出了实施保障措施。 文章主要包括五个部分,第一部分绪论,介绍了研究的背景意义、研究内容和主要观点、研究思路和方法。其中,采用案例研究与理论运用相结合的方法,运用了文献研究法、观察法、访谈法等多种调研法。同时参阅了真爱集团历年的人力资源管理资料,经过收集、整理,分析公司的人力资源管理存在的问题;第二部分阐述了相关理论,对人力资源管理、人力资源管理的基本理论、理论发展趋势进行了文献综述。第三部分结合真爱集团现状分析,分析存在的问题。第四部分针对第三章公司存在的问题进行分析,从人力资源管理流程分别从人力资源规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬几个角度建立适合真爱集团的方案。第五部分针对真爱集团人力资源管理体系优化方案建立保障,提出分别从企业文化、管理工具、完善职能、改善组织结构四个方面进行了阐述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the human resource management has been paid more and more attention in the enterprise management, the human resources management has been promoted to the enterprise strategic level, therefore the research to the enterprise human resources management system appears to be very important. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the human resource management of True Love Group in order to solve the problems existing in the current human resource management of True Love Group. This article uses the literature research method and the empirical analysis method, unifies the true love group to carry on the analysis, in view of the company present human resources management question, the article is mainly from the human resources planning, the recruitment system, the training management system, Performance management system and salary management system establish perfect human resources management system, and finally put forward the implementation of protection measures. This paper mainly includes five parts, the first part is introduction, which introduces the background significance, research content and main viewpoints, research ideas and methods. Among them, using the method of case study and theory application, using literature research method, observation method, interview method and other research methods. At the same time, referring to the past years of human resources management data of True Love Group, through collecting, sorting out, analyzing the problems existing in the human resources management of the company; the second part elaborated the related theory, human resources management, The basic theory and development trend of human resource management are reviewed. The third part combines true love group present situation analysis, analyzes the existence question. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the third chapter, from the human resource management process from the human resources planning, recruitment, training, performance, compensation to establish a suitable scheme for true love group. In the fifth part, the author puts forward four aspects: corporate culture, management tools, perfecting functions and improving the organizational structure in view of the establishment and protection of the optimization scheme of the human resources management system of True Love Group.
