网络关系对知识型服务业服务创新能力的影响研究
[Abstract]:The proportion of knowledge service industry in national economy is an important index to measure a country's economic development level. Improving the service innovation ability of knowledge service industry can play a better role of knowledge bridge in innovation system. From the point of view of the existing research, there is little research on how to improve the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises from the micro perspective. This paper studies the internal mechanism of improving the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises from the angle of network relationship and capability elements. It has strong theoretical and practical significance. Due to the lack of resources for innovation, many knowledge-based service enterprises have low ability of service innovation. The enterprise's own resources can not meet the demand of service innovation. More and more enterprises use the network to obtain the key external resources from the outside. Enterprise network has become a new way to research service innovation. How to obtain the external knowledge of the flow between organizations is the focus of the study of enterprise networks. The network can spread different types of knowledge and recombine the key points of knowledge through the network to produce innovation and increase innovation income. The connotation of service innovation ability, the composition of elements and how to evaluate it? Does the network relationship help to improve the service innovation ability of the KIBS enterprise? Does network relationship directly improve innovation performance? The relationship between service innovation ability and service innovation performance? In view of the research theme of "network relationship and service innovation", this paper expounds the internal mechanism of the influence of network relationship on service innovation, and points out that knowledge service enterprises can improve service innovation ability through the construction of network relationship. And then improve the performance of innovation. The main achievements of this study are as follows: (1) this study takes the knowledge-based service industry as the research object, deeply analyzes the connotation of service innovation and service innovation ability, and discusses the constituent elements of service innovation ability. This paper evaluates the service innovation ability of knowledge-based service enterprises from five aspects: innovative R & D capability, innovative marketing ability, service implementation ability, organizational learning and growth ability, and organizational and managerial ability. And the fuzzy rating method is used to evaluate the service innovation ability of knowledge service enterprises. On the one hand, it enriches the theory of service innovation, on the other hand, it provides the evaluation basis for the evaluation of service innovation ability of knowledge-based service enterprises. (2) this study discusses the internal mechanism of improving service innovation ability and service innovation performance from the perspective of network relationship, and constructs a conceptual model of the influence of network relationship on service innovation ability. On the basis of summarizing service innovation theory, network relation theory and knowledge transfer theory, this paper puts forward the structure hypothesis of network relationship and service innovation ability, the relationship hypothesis between network relation and service innovation ability, and the relationship hypothesis between network relation and service innovation ability. The hypothesis of the relationship between knowledge transfer and service innovation ability. The empirical research method is used to verify the hypothesis of the research. (3) this study collected sample data by questionnaire survey, and verified the network relationship and knowledge transfer by means of variance analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. The internal mechanism of service innovation capability on service innovation performance, and the effect of network relationship and knowledge transfer on service innovation ability; The relationship between network relationship, knowledge transfer, service innovation ability and service innovation performance is explored successfully. Thus, it provides a practical and instructive frame for our country's knowledge-based service enterprises to enhance their service innovation ability and improve their service innovation performance.
