H公司服务外包人才开发战略研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的革命性发展,特别是互联网技术的普及与应用,以信息革命为标志的第三次产业革命拉开了序幕,这不仅加速了经济全球化的进程,也对经济的发展和人们的生活产生了深远的影响,随之带来的服务外包产业的快速发展,更是改变着世界经济发展的面貌。另外,随着经济全球化的不断深入,,决定企业发展的关键因素已经不仅仅是雄厚的资金和技术的壁垒,而更多地转向了人力资源。服务外包产业的特殊性也决定了人力资源在产业发展和竞争中的核心地位,服务外包人才在服务外包企业发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。 本文首先对选题的背景意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法及创新点进行了分析,在阐述服务外包以及人力资源开发相关理论的基础上介绍了H公司基本概况,分析了H公司服务外包人才现状、问题及原因;运用SWOT分析方法对H公司服务外包人才开发环境进行分析,构建了SWOT分析矩阵;结合H公司服务外包人才开发现状以及人才开发战略环境,明确了未来五年H公司服务外包人才开发的目标,确定了前期以SO战略为主,后期跟进ST战略的战略导向,并从更新观念、完善组织、健全规章制度等方面给出了H公司服务外包人才开发战略实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the revolutionary development of information technology, especially the popularization and application of Internet technology, the third industrial revolution marked by the information revolution opened, which not only accelerated the process of economic globalization, It also has a profound impact on the development of economy and people's life. The rapid development of service outsourcing industry has changed the outlook of the world economy. In addition, with the deepening of economic globalization, the key factors that determine the development of enterprises are not only the solid capital and technical barriers, but also the human resources. The particularity of service outsourcing industry also determines the core position of human resources in industrial development and competition. Service outsourcing talents play a vital role in the development of service outsourcing enterprises. In this paper, the background significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and innovation points are analyzed, and the basic situation of H Company is introduced on the basis of expounding the related theories of service outsourcing and human resource development. This paper analyzes the present situation, problems and reasons of service outsourcing talents in H Company. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the development environment of service outsourcing talents in H Company, and the SWOT analysis matrix is constructed. Combined with the present situation of H company service outsourcing talent development and the strategic environment of talent development, this paper clarifies the goal of H company service outsourcing talent development in the next five years, and determines the strategic orientation of the SO strategy in the early stage and the ST strategy in the later stage. From the aspects of renewing the concept, perfecting the organization and perfecting the rules and regulations, this paper gives the guarantee measures for the development strategy of service outsourcing talents in H Company.
