酒店客房经济效益评价指标的比较研究——基于酒店平均房价与每房收益的对比

【摘要】：酒店每房收益与平均房价都是客房经营统计方法,但由于计算方法方面的差别,使得各自计算的结果相差甚远,由此导致了统计效果的不同。本文通过分析平均房价和每房收益应用的理论研究现状出发,分析二者之间的区别,得出结果显示:每房收益更能反映酒店经营的盈利情况。其研究目的,是更好地发挥每房收益在酒店客房经营统计分析指标体系中的作用。
[Abstract]:The income per room and the average price of hotel room are the statistical methods of guestroom management, but because of the difference of calculation methods, the results of calculation are very different, which leads to the difference of statistical effect. Based on the analysis of the current situation of theoretical research on the application of average house price and income per room, the difference between them is analyzed, and the results show that the income per room can better reflect the profit situation of hotel management. The purpose of this study is to play a better role in the statistical analysis index system of hotel room management.
