我国现代服务业产业关联分析

【摘要】：该文运用投入产出分析方法，对1987年－2007年间我国现代服务业的投入结构、产出结构、产业关联和产业波及效应进行了深入分析。结果表明现代服务业中的多数产业部门的中间投入率和中间需求率变动趋势不一，内部各产业部门对制造业及其自身的直接消耗较大，现代服务业产业波及能力逐步上升，多数产业部门的感应度系数和影响力系数稳步上升。确定了金融保险业、物流业和租赁和商务服务业是拉动现代服务业发展的“三驾马车”。在此基础上，，运用SDA分析方法，得出消费、投资对现代服务业发展的影响最明显，而进口对其发展则有明显的消极阻碍作用。 最后，从投入产出的角度，总结了我国现代服务业的发展特点、存在的问题并提出了相应的对策建议。认为当前我国现代服务业的发展具有劳动密集型特性缓慢减弱、具有较强的中间投入品特性、金融保险业、物流业和租赁和商务服务业是现代服务业发展的“三驾马车”、自我拉动能力强、消费和投资是其发展的最重要因素、对我国国民经济的正向促进作用不断加大、国内外影响力逐渐提升这七大特点。存在支撑辅助效用不够、粗放型发展模式降低了发展速度、科学技术进步的促进作用尚未完全发挥、居民终端消费市场开发程度低、部分产业部门市场竞争水平偏低等问题。并从强化产业部门内部合作、提高服务辅助效用、逐步转变现代服务业发展模式、合理配置现代服务业资源、鼓励支持现代服务业科技创新、增强内部消费市场开发和外部招商引资力度、强化市场竞争机制、完善成本约束机制等八个方面提出了解决对策。
[Abstract]:By using the input-output analysis method, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the input structure, output structure, industrial association and industrial ripple effect of modern service industry in China from 1987 to 2007. The results show that the change trend of intermediate input rate and intermediate demand rate of most industrial sectors in modern service industry is different. The direct consumption of manufacturing industry and its own by internal industry departments is larger, and the sweep capacity of modern service industry is gradually rising. The sensitivity coefficient and influence coefficient of most industry department rise steadily. Finance and insurance, logistics and leasing and business services are the troika driving the development of modern service industry. On this basis, using SDA analysis method, it is concluded that consumption and investment have the most obvious influence on the development of modern service industry, while imports have obvious negative hindrance to the development of modern service industry. Finally, from the angle of input-output, this paper summarizes the development characteristics and problems of modern service industry in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is considered that the development of modern service industry in China is characterized by a slow weakening of labor-intensive characteristics and strong intermediate input characteristics. The financial and insurance industry, logistics industry and leasing and business service industry are the "troika" for the development of modern service industry. Self-pulling ability is strong, consumption and investment are the most important factors of its development, the positive promotion to our national economy is increasing, and the influence at home and abroad is gradually improving these seven characteristics. There are some problems, such as insufficient supporting auxiliary utility, extensive development mode, low speed of development, promotion of scientific and technological progress, low level of development of residential terminal consumer market, low level of market competition in some industrial sectors, and so on. And from strengthening the cooperation within the industrial sector, improving the auxiliary utility of the service, gradually changing the development mode of the modern service industry, rationally allocating the resources of the modern service industry, encouraging and supporting the scientific and technological innovation of the modern service industry, The countermeasures are put forward in eight aspects, such as strengthening the development of internal consumption market and attracting foreign investment, strengthening the market competition mechanism and perfecting the cost restraint mechanism.
