广西JLD节能服务公司战略研究

【摘要】：当前,随着新世纪全球金融危机的爆发,人们逐渐回归理性地思考人类社会迅速发展的弊端,人类活动与自然的不协调等问题,尤其是近年来飞速发展的发展中国家的环境破坏、资源浪费问题。我国为有效降低能源消耗,大力促进国家节能减排的推动发展,在机械制造及电气自动化控制等技术条件下,节能环保产业日益繁荣昌盛。同时,在市场经济的条件下,节能环保产业子产业不断涌现,其中一种就是专门从事节能服务的企业,也就是节能服务公司逐渐形成,并具有新兴行业特点。那么,节能服务行业的发展情况如何?如何保证该行业内企业在战略的制定上的发展?本文从战略的角度对这样的问题作了探讨。本论文运用企业战略管理的方法,从节能服务公司为出发点,分析公司面临的政治与法律、经济、技术、文化等宏观环境。本论文通过对一个新进入广西区域市场的的专业节能服务公司——深圳JLD实业公司广西分公司(也称广西JLD节能服务公司)所处行业的竞争情况,为广西JLD节能服务公司制定最适宜的发展战略,促进节能服务公司专业化。具体来说,本论文结合广西JLD节能服务公司的企业实际,对广西JLD节能服务公司面临的机会、威胁以及企业相对优势和劣势进行了深入的分析,提出了广西JLD节能服务公司应该抓住和把握当前节能服务行业重要的发展机会——市场化节能模式,即采用合同能源管理节能模式有效地提高能源使用效率,确定了公司使命。为履行广西区内的建筑节能专家的使命,本文制定了公司的长期战略目标,提出了企业采取密集增长型的具体战略选择,并建议企业加强能力、文化建设等一系列相关实施措施。同时指出,公司应根据外部环境和自身条件的不段变化及其战略实施后的反馈情况,及时调整企业的战略,使企业在长期的竞争中能立于不败之地。
[Abstract]:At present, with the outbreak of the global financial crisis in the new century, people are gradually returning to thinking rationally about the drawbacks of the rapid development of human society, the disharmony between human activities and nature, and so on. Especially in recent years, the rapid development of developing countries, environmental damage, waste of resources. In order to effectively reduce energy consumption and promote the development of national energy conservation and emission reduction, the energy-saving and environmental protection industry has become more and more prosperous under the technical conditions of mechanical manufacturing and electrical automation control. At the same time, under the condition of market economy, the sub-industries of energy-saving and environmental protection industry emerge constantly, one of them is the enterprise specialized in energy-saving service, that is, the energy-saving service company is gradually formed, and it has the characteristics of new industry. So, how about the development of energy-saving service industry? How to ensure the development of enterprise strategy in this industry? This paper discusses this problem from a strategic point of view. This paper uses the method of enterprise strategic management to analyze the macro-environment of politics and law, economy, technology, culture and so on, from the point of view of energy-saving service company. In this paper, the competition in the field of Shenzhen JLD Industrial Company Guangxi Branch (also known as Guangxi JLD Energy Saving Service Company), a new professional energy-saving service company entering Guangxi regional market, is analyzed. To establish the most suitable development strategy for Guangxi JLD Energy-saving Service Company, promote the specialization of Energy-saving Service Company. Specifically, this paper analyzes the opportunities, threats, relative advantages and disadvantages faced by Guangxi JLD Energy-saving Service Company, combined with the actual situation of Guangxi JLD Energy-saving Service Company. The paper puts forward that Guangxi JLD Energy-saving Service Company should seize and grasp the important development opportunity of current energy-saving service industry-market-oriented energy-saving mode, that is, the contract energy management energy-saving mode can effectively improve the efficiency of energy use, and determine the mission of the company. In order to fulfill the mission of building energy saving experts in Guangxi, this paper has formulated the long-term strategic objectives of the company, put forward the specific strategic choice for enterprises to adopt intensive growth type, and suggested that enterprises should strengthen their capabilities. Cultural construction and a series of related implementation measures. At the same time, it is pointed out that the company should adjust its strategy in time according to the change of external environment and its own conditions and the feedback after the implementation of the strategy, so that the enterprise can remain invincible in the long term competition.
