葛州坝武汉实业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:伴随生产力的不断进步,人们的经济实力也在不断改善,第三产业的竞争越来越激烈。人们对于现代服务行业能够以现代科学技术特别是信息技术为主要支撑,建立在新的商业模式、服务流程和管理理念基础上并能面向不同人需求的新兴多元化服务产业。服务行业必须不断了解和分析市场,在服务上不断创新,满足消费者需求,在业务渠道上更加广泛,才能满足市场的需求。从这点上来讲,这就对企业提出了相当高的要求,不仅要能够进行市场分析,还要对竞争对手的市场占有率非常了解,并根据竞争对手的策略制定科学有效的企业战略管理体系,只有这样,才能够稳定市场,并树立企业的产品品牌。 通过对葛洲坝实业公司的研究可以知道,葛洲坝实业公司要打造自己的知名度并扩大市场,需要制定科学的发展战略。本文在前人研究的基础上,以葛洲坝实业公司为研究对象,从企业战略的角度展开研究。全文可以分为五个部分:第一部分说明了研究背景及意义,针对服务业发展和企业战略管理的研究现状进行详细阐述。第二部分是企业战略管理理论综述。这部分对企业管理进行概述,并且从战略分析、制定、实施三个部分介绍了企业管理的步骤。第三部分首先对葛洲坝实业公司的环境进行了分析,得出一定结论。在得出结论的基础上又分析了服务行业的基本情况和发展趋势,并且使用管理工具PEST分析法分析了服务行业的宏观环境。通过对葛洲坝实业公司内部环境的分析,介绍了葛洲坝实业公司的基本情况。并且利用SWOT分析工具对分析了葛洲坝实业公司的企业战略,指出企业发展的优势劣势,面临的威胁和机会。通过SWOT分析矩阵进行战略分析。第四部分为总结部分,探讨葛洲坝实业公司当前和今后的可行战略,并进行选择。同时对其职能战略实施提出切实可行的保障及实施过程中的控制。第五部分得出结论。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of productivity, people's economic strength is improving, the competition of tertiary industry is more and more fierce. The modern service industry can be supported mainly by modern science and technology, especially information technology, based on the new business model, service process and management concept, and can meet the needs of different people. The service industry must constantly understand and analyze the market, innovate continuously in service, meet the needs of consumers, and more widely in business channels, in order to meet the needs of the market. From this point of view, this puts forward quite high requirements for enterprises, not only to be able to carry out market analysis, but also to know very well the market share of competitors. According to the strategy of competitors, a scientific and effective enterprise strategic management system can be established in order to stabilize the market and establish the product brand of the enterprise. Through the research of Gezhouba Industrial Company, we can know that Gezhouba Industrial Company needs to make a scientific development strategy in order to build its own popularity and expand the market. On the basis of previous research, this paper takes Gezhouba Industrial Co., Ltd as the research object, and studies from the angle of enterprise strategy. The full text can be divided into five parts: the first part explains the background and significance of the research, the development of service industry and the current research situation of enterprise strategic management are described in detail. The second part is an overview of enterprise strategic management theory. This part gives an overview of enterprise management, and introduces the steps of enterprise management from three parts: strategic analysis, formulation and implementation. The third part analyzes the environment of Gezhouba Industrial Company, and draws some conclusions. On the basis of the conclusion, the basic situation and development trend of service industry are analyzed, and the macro environment of service industry is analyzed by using PEST analysis method. By analyzing the internal environment of Gezhouba Industrial Company, this paper introduces the basic situation of Gezhouba Industrial Company. And using SWOT analysis tool to analyze the enterprise strategy of Gezhouba Industrial Co., Ltd., and point out the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of enterprise development. Strategic analysis is carried out by means of SWOT analysis matrix. The fourth part is the summary part, discusses the current and the future feasible strategy of Gezhouba Industrial Company, and carries on the choice. At the same time, it puts forward feasible guarantee and control in the process of implementing its function strategy. The fifth part draws the conclusion.
