基于价值链的成都汽车文化娱乐产业发展研究

【摘要】:我国加入WTO已过去十年多,世界上许多竞争力强劲的汽车企业己经进入我国。经济全球化与加入世界贸易组织使中国汽车文化娱乐产业面对更广泛的、日益激烈的市场竞争。在中国加快汽车产业化进程的关键时刻,中国汽车企业必须必须树立长期可持续的企业发展战略,更加谨慎的对待自身企业发展所面临的诸多国内外冲击,汽车企业要整合外部市场和内部人、财、物等资源,防范和化解经验风险,积极探索自身价值链的两端延伸和深化发展。 成都作为西南地区中心城市,其产业发展具有较强的带动和示范作用,在构建西南经济增长极的目标下,产业发展更要走产业高端和高端产业的路子,汽车文化娱乐产业将成为汽车产业发展的重要增长点和活力点。 以迈克尔·波特的价值链理论以及他人发展其理论作为文章的基础,综合运用比较分析法、归纳与演绎法等理论知识,采用定量与定性分析方法相结合的手段,充分进行理论研究和实证研究,对成都市汽车文化娱乐产业进行综合分析。文章首先对现在的汽车价值链的延伸作出分析,结合作为汽车文化的边缘产业的汽车文化娱乐产业产生的背景为起点,对汽车文化娱乐产业的基本定义和基本规律进行阐述,在回顾分析世界四大汽车城发展汽车文化娱乐产业的背景下,探索世界上成功发展该产业的细分产业和未来的发展方向;接着分析汽车文化娱乐的细分产业在我国的发展现状与发展趋势,得出我国该产业总体的发展现状。其后,对成都汽车文化娱乐价值链进行分析发现—成都拥有较为完整的汽车价值链,进而对成都发展该产业进行可行性分析—成都拥有独特而适合发展汽车文化娱乐产业的土壤。之后,文章提出适合成都发展汽车文化娱乐产业的五大细分产业并进行详细描述,,提出适合成都市发展该产业的六条路径并进行阐述。最后,通过前几部分的分析,得出本论文的创新点,即:汽车文化娱乐产业的研究尚少,时间较短,文献多为描述现象,尚未形成系统的理论成果。针对于一个地区性的中心城市发展汽车文化娱乐产业,应该选择哪几项细分门类作为发展重点,如何定位符合该城市的产业战略目标,以及如何进行发展的路径选择等问题进行详细有效的论述,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。以期为我国其他地区该产业的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:More than ten years have passed since China's entry into WTO, and many competitive automobile enterprises in the world have entered our country. Economic globalization and accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) make China's automotive culture and entertainment industry face more extensive and increasingly fierce market competition. At the critical moment of speeding up the process of automobile industrialization in China, Chinese automobile enterprises must set up a long-term sustainable enterprise development strategy, and treat more carefully many domestic and foreign shocks faced by their own enterprise development. Automobile enterprises should integrate the external market and internal resources, such as wealth, material and other resources, guard against and resolve the risk of experience, and actively explore the extension and deepening development of their own value chain at both ends of the value chain. Chengdu, as the central city in southwest China, has a strong driving and demonstration role in its industrial development. Under the goal of constructing the southwest economic growth pole, the industrial development should take the path of high-end and high-end industries. The automobile culture and entertainment industry will become the important growth point and the active point of the automobile industry development. Taking Michael Porter's value chain theory and others' theory of development as the foundation of the article, this paper comprehensively uses comparative analysis method, induction and deduction method and so on, and adopts the means of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Fully carry on the theoretical research and the empirical research, carry on the comprehensive analysis to the Chengdu automobile culture entertainment industry. First of all, this paper analyzes the extension of automobile value chain at present, combining with the background of automobile culture entertainment industry which is the marginal industry of automobile culture, this paper expounds the basic definition and basic law of automobile culture entertainment industry. Under the background of reviewing and analyzing the development of auto culture and entertainment industry in the four major automobile cities in the world, this paper explores the subdivision industry and the future development direction of the industry in the world. Then it analyzes the current situation and trend of the development of the subdivided industry of automobile culture and entertainment in our country, and draws a conclusion of the overall development of the industry in our country. After that, the paper analyzes the value chain of automobile culture and entertainment in Chengdu and finds out that Chengdu has a relatively complete automobile value chain. Then the feasibility analysis of Chengdu to develop the industry-Chengdu has a unique and suitable for the development of automotive culture and entertainment industry soil. After that, the paper puts forward five sub-industries suitable for Chengdu to develop the automobile culture and entertainment industry and describes them in detail, and puts forward six paths for Chengdu to develop the industry. Finally, through the analysis of the previous parts, we get the innovation point of this paper, that is, the research of automobile culture and entertainment industry is still few, the time is short, the literature is mostly descriptive phenomenon, and the systematic theoretical achievement has not yet been formed. For a regional central city to develop the automotive culture and entertainment industry, which sub-categories should be selected as the development focus, and how to position it in line with the industrial strategic objectives of the city. And how to choose the path of development is discussed in detail and effectively, which has certain theoretical value and practical significance. In order to provide reference for the development of this industry in other areas of our country.
