《保安服务管理条例》实施背景下的青岛AB保安公司战略选择与实施

【摘要】:保安服务业作为为客户提供安全保障服务的特殊行业,在国外已经有200多年的发展历史,形成了门类齐全、管理规范的较为完善的行业体系。成为现代服务业的一个主要门类。 中国的保安服务业是随着改革开放而逐步兴起的,由于行业的特殊性,中国的保安服务业一直在计划经济体制下运行。根据我国加入世贸组织的承诺,保安服务行业已经向国外企业放开,2010年颁布实施的《保安服务管理条例》从法律层面明确了行业的市场化地位,政府垄断经营的局面已经打破,中国保安服务行业即将迎来发展的历史机遇。 面对新形势,青岛AB保安服务公司必须审时度势、高瞻远瞩。通过制定清晰明确、科学系统的公司战略规划,调整现行运营管理体制,引入现代企业管理理念,采取不同战略措施,使企业在竞争中保持优势地位,获得发展机遇,立于不败之地。 本文通过对国内外保安服务行业发展历程的梳理和对比的基础上,运用战略管理理论和工具,结合青岛AB保安服务公司发展实际,提出符合公司发展的战略规划,并就战略规划的实施、保障等进行详细论述,力求为企业的发展提供参考和帮助,并为我国保安服务行业内企业的发展提供借鉴。 论文首先对国内外保安服务业战略研究的现状进行综述,对战略管理相关理论进行概述;对国内外保安服务业的发展历程进行了概述,并对国内外几家著名保安服务企业进行了介绍。其次,对中国保安服务市场环境进行了宏观和微观分析,特别是对《保安服务管理条例》颁布实施后对中国保安服务行业的发展所带来的积极影响进行了分析。再次,在此基础上,对青岛AB保安服务公司的发展历程、现状进行了回顾和总结,并运用SWOT分析法对公司现有状况进行了综合分析,明确了所面临的机遇、威胁、劣势和优势。同时运用竞争优势理论和竞争战略选择分析,为青岛AB保安服务公司未来发展提出战略规划,并就如何实施及支持与保障进行了进一步论述。最后,提出论文结论并就影响青岛AB保安服务公司在未来发战略展的市场因素进行了补充论述。
[Abstract]:Security service industry, as a special industry to provide safety and security services for customers, has a development history of more than 200 years in foreign countries, forming a relatively perfect industry system with complete categories and standardized management. It has become a major category of modern service industry. China's security service industry is gradually rising with the reform and opening up. Because of the particularity of the industry, China's security service industry has been operating under the planned economy system. According to the commitment of China's accession to the WTO, the security service industry has been liberalized to foreign enterprises. The regulations on the Administration of Security Services promulgated and implemented in 2010 clearly define the marketization status of the industry from the legal level. The situation of government monopoly management has been broken, and China's security service industry is about to usher in a historical opportunity for development. In the face of the new situation, Qingdao AB Security Service Company must judge the situation and be far-sighted. Through the formulation of a clear, scientific and systematic strategic plan of the company, the adjustment of the current operation and management system, the introduction of modern enterprise management concepts, and the adoption of different strategic measures, enterprises can maintain their dominant position and obtain development opportunities in the competition. In an invincible position. On the basis of combing and comparing the development course of security service industry at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the strategic plan in line with the development of Qingdao AB Security Service Company by using strategic management theory and tools. And the implementation of strategic planning, security and so on are discussed in detail, and strive to provide reference and help for the development of enterprises, and for the development of enterprises in the security service industry in China. Firstly, the paper summarizes the current situation of strategic research on security service industry at home and abroad, and summarizes the related theories of strategic management. At the same time, based on the theory of competitive advantage and the analysis of competitive strategy choice, this paper puts forward the strategic plan for the future development of Qingdao AB Security Service Company, and further discusses how to implement and support and guarantee it. Finally, the conclusion of the paper is put forward and the market factors that affect the strategy exhibition of Qingdao AB Security Service Company in the future are discussed.
