太原市天行健体育服务企业流程管理的优化与实施

【摘要】:当今世界经济迅速发展,,市场瞬息万变,面对日新月异的新技术改变的世界,体育服务企业要应对新的形势和新的挑战,提升自身的经济优势,就必须有一套成熟的且完整的业务流程管理模式。基于上述认识,本文选取太原市天行健体育服务有限公司为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等多种研究方法,对太原市天行健体育服务有限公司的业务流程进行研究,首先介绍了流程管理的基本理论;其次对太原市天行健体育服务有限公司的业务流程管理的现状进行分析,找出其存在的基本问题、优势与不足;最后针对其问题提出应对方法与措施,希望能够为其他的体育服务企业开展流程管理体系建设工作提供实践参考。其主要研究结论如下: 一、天行健体育服务有限公司的管理模式基本上还没有脱离传统的职能管理模式,通常遇到问题都是通过领导来协调,指导日常的工作,长期以来员工都不明白怎么去做。 二、公司没有一个比较完善的制度,各种管理问题层出不穷。加之各个部门或者环节的本位主义严重,各人自扫门前雪,思维比较局限,对于“流程管理”这一新的管理模式还难以接受,缺乏关注业务问题端到端的解决的人,整个企业对于外界变化的反应相当迟缓。 三、天行健体育服务有限公司自从开展流程管理体系建设以来,员工的流程意识不断的加强,慢慢清楚了部分和整体的关系,明白了流程管理体系建设的作用。同时也明白了流程管理体系建设会让员工能有更好的工作与学习的平台,能够快速的学习前人的经验,少走弯路。 四、公司流程管理体系建设仍有许多不可回避的问题,在流程管理体系建设初期流程开发的质量还不高,在流程执行的问题上还有许多的空间需要改进,在流程管理体系建设方面还有许许多多的问题有待去解决。 五、问题并不是方法的问题,体系建设是一个持续不断的变革过程,只有起点没有终点,只有建立起流程管理长效机制,才能通过流程体系的运作在企业建立一个“自我发现问题、调整与持续改进”的机制。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid change of the market, facing the changing world of new technology with each passing day, sports service enterprises must have a set of mature and complete business process management mode in order to cope with the new situation and new challenges and enhance their own economic advantages. Based on the above understanding, this paper selects Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd as the research object, through literature method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, studies the business process of Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., first introduces the basic theory of process management. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of business process management in Taiyuan Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., and finds out its basic problems, advantages and disadvantages. Finally, in view of its problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures, hoping to provide practical reference for other sports service enterprises to carry out the construction of process management system. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the management mode of Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd. has not been separated from the traditional functional management mode, usually encountered problems are coordinated through leadership, guide daily work, employees do not understand how to do it for a long time. Second, the company does not have a relatively perfect system, a variety of management problems emerge in endlessly. In addition, the standard of each department or link is serious, everyone sweeps the snow in front of the door, the thinking is relatively limited, for the new management mode of "process management" is still difficult to accept, the lack of attention to the end-to-end solution of business problems, the response of the whole enterprise to external changes is quite slow. Third, since the development of process management system construction in Tianxingjian Sports Service Co., Ltd., the staff's process consciousness has been continuously strengthened, and the relationship between part and the whole has been gradually clarified, and the role of process management system construction has been understood. At the same time, it also understands that the construction of process management system will enable employees to have a better work and learning platform, can quickly learn the experience of their predecessors, and take fewer detours. Fourth, there are still many unavoidable problems in the construction of process management system, the quality of process development in the initial stage of process management system construction is not high, there is still a lot of room for improvement in the problem of process implementation, and there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of process management system. Fifth, the problem is not a problem of method, the system construction is a continuous process of change, only the starting point has no end point, only by establishing the long-term mechanism of process management, can we establish a mechanism of "self-discovery of problems, adjustment and continuous improvement" in enterprises through the operation of process system.
