杭州市星级饭店空间演变及其形成机理研究

【摘要】:伴随着大众旅游时代的到来和商务型旅游需求的日益扩大,星级饭店在以往的二十余年里经历了蓬勃的发展时期,在城市旅游发展中占据着重要的地位。对星级饭店空间演变及形成机理的研究对完善星级饭店发展理论,促进星级饭店发展和城市旅游功能完善具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文从星级饭店发展历程角度出发,对杭州市星级饭店发展过程进行分析与总结,将其归纳为起步阶段、稳步发展阶段、波动阶段和调整阶段。以此作为考察星级饭店空间演变的时间依据。 在此基础上,文章结合了历史分析法对2003年和2009年杭州市星级饭店进行空间分析,选取2003年和2009年杭州市市区三星级及以上饭店为研究样本,通过arcgis制图,从空间演变角度分析了杭州市星级饭店变迁轨迹,并分析了在“核心——边缘”的总体空间结构下星级饭店表现出以交通干线、旅游景区和商圈为指向的特征。 最后,为了探索星级饭店空间演变的形成机理,文章先对可量变的发展因子进行回归分析,进行因子探索;然后从内动力和外动力两个角度对形成机理进行分析和总结。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of mass tourism and the increasing demand for commercial tourism, star-rated hotels have experienced a period of vigorous development in the past 20 years and occupied an important position in the development of urban tourism. The study on the spatial evolution and formation mechanism of star-rated hotels is of great theoretical and practical significance for perfecting the development theory of star-rated hotels and promoting the development of star-rated hotels and the improvement of urban tourism function. From the point of view of the development process of star-rated hotels, this paper analyzes and summarizes the development process of star-rated hotels in Hangzhou, and sums it into the initial stage, the steady development stage, the fluctuation stage and the adjustment stage. This is used as the time basis for investigating the spatial evolution of star-rated hotels. On this basis, combined with the historical analysis method, this paper makes a spatial analysis of Hangzhou star hotels in 2003 and 2009, selects the three star hotels in Hangzhou city in 2003 and 2009 as the research samples, analyzes the change track of star hotels in Hangzhou from the point of view of spatial evolution through arcgis mapping, and analyzes the main traffic lines of star hotels under the overall spatial structure of "core edge". Tourist attractions and business circles are the characteristics of the direction. Finally, in order to explore the formation mechanism of the spatial evolution of star-rated hotels, this paper first carries on the regression analysis to the variable development factor, carries on the factor exploration, then analyzes and summarizes the formation mechanism from the internal motive force and the external motive force two angles.
