【摘要】:随着中国经济的迅速发展,建筑行业在这一过程中成为了中流砥柱之一。在快速发展的过程当中,中国的经济建设对劳动力的需求极大,而农民工群体在这当中起到了巨大作用。截至到2011年,建筑行业84%的劳动力人口来自农民工群体。但是如何管理好农民工队伍逐渐成为了一个让各工程项目管理者头痛的问题。在诸多问题中,农民工工作效率低下、缺乏专业技能以及个体流动性大成为了管理者们最关注的问题。不同于其他行业农民工,建筑行业农民工有着自身的特殊性。根据工程项目的需要,建筑行业农民工通常以农民工队伍的形式工作、生活。因此深度挖掘农民工队伍内部信息成为了解决问题的基础之一。本文试图寻找农民工个体在农民工队伍整体网络中的权力与其务工状况的关系。为了达到这一研究目的,在背景分析以及文献梳理的基础上实地访谈了7位农民工和6位农民工队伍负责人。在访谈后,对16只农民工队伍进行了问卷调查,并收集到了14只队伍的整体网络数据以及关于农民工个体的务工情况数据,如:年龄、籍贯、工作态度、工作效率、流动性等。接着通过利用软件Ucinet6.0度量了每个农民工在他们各自整体网络中的权力。权力通过农民工在整体网络中的度数中心性、中间中心性以及接近中心性来度量。通过相关分析以及非参数分析的实证检验结果可知,农民工的年龄和权力呈现出负相关关系;工作效率和权力呈正相关关系。同时,不同类型的农民工个体在整体网络中的权力类型也不同。班组长以及非正式组织领导具有更强的度数中心性以及中间中心性。工作态度好和工作技能高的农民工在网络中的度数中心性、接近中心性以及中间中心性都更强。与农民工队伍负责人是同乡的农民工具有更强的度数中心性和接近中心性。在同一个队伍中连续工作了两年以上的农民工具有更强的度数中心性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has become one of the mainstay in this process. In the process of rapid development, China's economic construction has a great demand for the labor force, and the migrant workers have played a great role in this process. By the end of 2011, 84% of the labor force of the construction industry came from the migrant workers. But how to manage a good team of migrant workers has gradually become a headache for all project managers. Among the many problems, the low efficiency of migrant workers, the lack of professional skills and the mobility of individuals have become the most important issues for the managers. Different from other industries, the migrant workers in the construction industry have their own particularity. According to the needs of the project, the migrant workers in the construction industry usually work and live in the form of the migrant workers. Therefore, the deep mining of the internal information of the migrant workers has become one of the foundations of understanding the problem. This paper tries to find out the relationship between the power of migrant workers and their work status in the whole network of migrant workers. On the basis of background analysis and literature review, 7 migrant workers and 6 workers in charge of migrant workers were interviewed on the basis of background analysis and literature review. After interview, 16 migrant workers were surveyed by questionnaires, and the data of 14 teams and data about migrant workers were collected, such as age, place of origin, work attitude, work efficiency and mobility. Then by using the software Ucinet6.0, the power of each migrant worker in their respective network is measured. Power is measured by the degree centrality, centrality and close to centrality of the migrant workers in the whole network. Through empirical analysis of correlation analysis and non parametric analysis, we can see that there is a negative correlation between the age and power of migrant workers, and the relationship between work efficiency and power is positively correlated. At the same time, different types of migrant workers have different power types in the whole network. The leader of the class group and the leaders of the informal organization have stronger centrality and centrality. The migrant workers with good working attitude and high working skills are more centrality, closer to centrality and central centrality in the network. The migrant workers who are in charge of the rural migrant workers have more centrality and close centrality. Migrant workers who have been working for more than two years in the same team have a stronger degree of centrality.
