【摘要】:在中国近代历史发展进程中,作为劳方和资方之间利益博弈的劳资关系毋庸置疑是社会生产活动中最重要的人际关系之一。劳资关系的和谐与否亦对近代福建社会的发展变迁产生了重要影响。由于同处一个经济实体之中,一方面,劳资双方必然会为经济利益的分歧而激烈斗争,但另一方面,劳资双方也有共同的互利需求去驱使他们进行合作,殊途同归。劳资双方之间冲突与合作的表象背后实际上隐藏着独特的时代背景,并且不可避免地受其所处的外部政治环境、金融经济政策、劳工法律法规等诸般因素的影响。抗日战争后,国民政府虽然在立法、行政、政策制定上一直希望能够调和劳资双方的利益冲突,达成劳资和解。然而,在面对此起彼伏的劳资冲突时,依然有心无力,不仅未能协调、消弭工潮,反而却使本已经如火如荼的劳资冲突愈演愈烈。笔者拟就以福建地区为个案,通过考察近代福建社会劳资阶层的独有特性来审视解放战争时期发生于福建地区的诸多劳资冲突事件,并试图剖析出隐含在这些群体性冲突事件背后的政治经济因素以及这些因素是如何预示着国民政府统治的失败。此外,笔者还将比较共产党劳资两利政策思想与国民党劳资和解政策思想的异同,并在此基础上分析两党不同的劳资政策思想对劳资阶层的人心向背究竟产生了怎样的影响。
[Abstract]:In the process of historical development of modern China, as between the employers and employees benefit labor relations is undoubtedly one of the most important social activities in the interpersonal relationship. The harmonious relationship between labor and capital has also had an important influence on the development and change of modern Fujian society. Because of the same economic entity, on the one hand, both sides will economic interests differences and fierce struggle, but on the other hand, both sides have mutual benefit and common needs to drive their cooperation, the same. Between the two parties behind the conflict and the appearance of cooperation is actually hiding a unique background, and inevitably by the external political environment, economic policies, labor laws and regulations affect all factors. After the war of resistance against Japan, the national government, although in legislation, administration and policy making, has always hoped to reconcile the conflicts of interests between the two and the two parties and reach a settlement of labor and capital. However, in the face of labor conflicts as one falls, another rises when still powerless, not only failed to coordinate and eliminate strikes, but this has been like a raging fire of labor conflict intensified. The author intends to Fujian as a case, to look at the war of liberation in many labor conflict events in Fujian through the unique characteristics of modern Fujian social labor, and tries to analyze hidden behind these groups incidents of political and economic factors and how these factors indicates that the national government failure. In addition, the author also compares the similarities and differences between the Communist Party and the Kuomintang labor labor benefit policy thought reconciliation policy thought, and based on the analysis of different industrial policy thought the public attitude for or against the two parties of the labor class what influences.
