【摘要】:中国经济经历了30多年的飞速发展,然而高速发展同时也使得一些问题和矛盾持续累积发酵,其中国民收入分配问题业已是全社会关切的紧要问题。初次分配的不合理使我国劳动者无法充分享有经济发展带来的红利,影响了国民的消费和购买能力,制约了中国经济的进一步发展。我国的劳动收入占GDP的百分比呈逐年下降的趋势,到2007年更是跌至最低的39.74%。湖北省劳动报酬占比从1996年开始下降,并于2007年跌至41.13%,创造了近二十年来的最低值,虽然2007年之后有所回升,仍略低于全国平均水平,远低于西方发达国家60%-80%的水平。劳动收入分配的不合理,对于湖北省经济的长远发展来说是个不可忽视的隐患,我省人民的消费生活也受其影响。劳动要素收入占比的提高将使得我省的民众收入的初次分配更趋合理,对于破解发展难题、厚植发展优势、实现“十三五规划”具有重要的的意义。本文主要研究了湖北省1995-2014年间的劳动报酬占比的变动趋势及其影响因素。在参考了相关的要素分配理论和相关问题的国内外研究近况的基础上,对影响湖北省劳动报酬占比的因素及其作用机制进行了一般性的理论研究,并筛选出了六个可能会对湖北省劳动报酬占比产生显著影响的因素,即资本投入、技术进步、产业结构、二元经济结构、完全市场偏离程度、自由贸易(外商直接投资和对外贸易),构建了实证分析的模型,再结合湖北省1995-2014年间的相关宏观数据进行了实证研究。在得出实证结果后,结合湖北省的具体情况,对实证结果进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。经过实证研究后可以发现,资本投入、二元经济结构、完全市场偏离程度和对外贸易对湖北省的劳动报酬占比具有显著影响,而技术进步、产业结构和外商直接投资的作用并不明显。而为了提高我省的劳动报酬占比,解决湖北省在收入分配中存在的问题,应该从政府、企业和个人三个方面进行调整。
[Abstract]:China's economy has undergone rapid development over the past 30 years. However, the rapid development has also made some problems and contradictions continue to ferment, and the issue of national income distribution has been a serious concern of the whole society. The unreasonable initial distribution has made it impossible for Chinese laborers to fully enjoy the dividends from economic development, which has affected the ability of national consumption and purchase, and restricted the further development of China's economy. The percentage of China's labor income in GDP is declining year by year, and by 2007 it is more than 39.74% of the lowest. The proportion of labor remuneration in Hubei began to decline in 1996, and dropped to 41.13% in 2007, creating the lowest value in nearly twenty years. Although it has rebounded after 2007, it is still slightly lower than the national average level, far lower than that of 60%-80% in western developed countries. The irrational distribution of labor income is a hidden danger for the long-term development of Hubei's economy, and the consumption and life of the people of our province are also affected by it. Labor income accounted for the increase in our province will make the initial distribution of people's income is more reasonable, and has important significance to solve development problems, Houzhi development advantages, to achieve the "13th Five-Year plan". This paper mainly studies the change trend and the influencing factors of the labor remuneration ratio in Hubei in the past 1995-2014 years. Based on the status of domestic and foreign research reference factor distribution theory and relevant problems related on the influence on the factors of Hubei province labor remuneration accounted for and mechanism were studied in general, and selected six may in Hubei province labor remuneration accounted for the significant influencing factors of production, namely capital investment, technological progress, industrial structure, economic structure of two yuan, the degree of deviation from the complete market and free trade (foreign direct investment and foreign trade), we construct an empirical analysis model, combined with the relevant macro view of Hubei Province during 1995-2014 data and empirical research. After the empirical results are obtained, the empirical results are analyzed in accordance with the specific situation of Hubei Province, and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward. After empirical research, we can find that capital investment, two yuan economic structure, the degree of deviation from the complete market and foreign trade have a significant impact on the labor remuneration proportion of Hubei Province, while the role of technological progress, industrial structure and foreign direct investment is not obvious. In order to improve the proportion of labor remuneration in Hubei Province, we should solve the problems in the income distribution of the province in three aspects: government, enterprises and individuals.
