中国新增资本产出率与投资增速关系研究

【摘要】：文章通过协整检验等方法对我国总体投资效率与投资增速的关系进行实证研究。结果显示:在投资增速加快的粗放型增长格局下,投资效率表现为不断下降。不同产业中投资增速对投资低效的影响程度也不同。投资增速为边际资本产出比率增量变化的格兰杰原因。政策含义是宏观调控要结合经济发展的程度和产业格局,合理调整投资增速及要素投入结构,通过提高投资效率,实现我国经济向可持续的高效增长方式转变。
[Abstract]:This paper empirically studies the relationship between overall investment efficiency and investment growth rate through co - integration test . The results show that the investment efficiency is declining . The investment growth rate is different from the investment inefficiency . The policy implication is that macro - control should combine with the degree of economic development and industry pattern , adjust the investment growth rate and factor input structure , improve the investment efficiency , and realize the transition of our economy to sustainable and efficient growth mode .
