【摘要】:近年来,离岸外包已成为国际贸易的新兴增长点。中国作为一个典型的发展中大国,客观评价其对异质性劳动力就业结构的影响,对于我国经济结构转型发展和社会稳定具有重大意义。本文从产品内分工的角度对中国离岸外包进行定义,强调参与国际分工对异质性劳动力就业可能带来的利与弊。本文的研究内容如下:首先,运用投入产出分析法,利用世界投入产出数据库的区域型投入产出表,通过国际间投入产出模型对我国总出口进行分解,以中国出口中的国外增加值占比作为我国离岸外包水平的测算指标,测算了制造业中向发达经济体以及细分行业的外包指数;其次,结合劳动力的相关数据,对中国就业现状和异质性劳动力就业结构进行描述性分析;最后,分别考虑技术行业分类及贸易伙伴差异的情况下,通过动态面板数据模型研究中国离岸外包对异质性劳动力就业结构的影响。本文的主要研究结论如下:第一,中国出口中国内增加值比例下降,出口结构转向中间产品,离岸外包水平呈现趋势性上升,制造业中向发达经济体外包和高技术行业外包水平较高,深入到国际生产分工体系之中。第二,中国异质性劳动力就业结构趋势性改善,将制造业按技术密度划分的就业增长幅度呈现V型特征,同时高技术行业就业极化现象显著。第三,中国离岸外包总体上优化了异质性劳动力就业结构,高技术行业的推动作用更为显著;向发达经济体外包在制造业加剧了就业极化现象,但在中、高技术行业促进了我国就业结构升级;同时,离岸外包带来了工资弹性上升、抑制了自主研发对异质性劳动力就业结构的改善,带来了一定程度的就业风险。
[Abstract]:In recent years, offshore outsourcing has become a new growth point of international trade. China as a typical developing country, objective evaluation of its impact on the heterogeneity of the employment structure, which has great significance for the development and social stability of China's economic restructuring. The definition of Chinese offshore outsourcing from the perspective of intra product specialization. Emphasize the participation in the international division of labor on the heterogeneous labor employment may bring advantages and disadvantages. The research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, using the input-output analysis method, input-output table by Region world input-output database, through the International Input-Output Model to decompose China's total exports, the proportion of the added value as the measurement index China's offshore outsourcing level to China export in foreign developed economies, to measure the manufacturing industry segments and outsourcing index; secondly, the combination of labor The relevant data, descriptive analysis of China employment status and heterogeneous labor employment structure; finally, considering the classification and trading partner difference technology industry, through the dynamic panel data model to study China offshore outsourcing impact on the heterogeneity of the employment structure. The main conclusions are as follows: first, China export increase the decline in the proportion of China value, export structure to intermediate products, offshore outsourcing level presents the trend of rising to the high developed economy and high technology outsourcing outsourcing industry level in the manufacturing industry, into the international division of labor. Second, heterogeneity of labor employment structure will improve the Chinese trend, manufacturing growth by technology of density division the employment rate showed characteristics of V type, and high technology industry employment polarization phenomenon is significant. Third, Chinese offshore outsourcing overall advantages The heterogeneity of the employment structure, promoting the role of high technology industry is more significant to the developed economies; outsourcing increasing employment polarization in the manufacturing industry, but in the high technology industry, promote the upgrading of China's employment structure; at the same time, offshore outsourcing brings wage elasticity increased, inhibited the improvement of heterogeneous labor the employment structure of the independent research and development, to bring a certain degree of employment risk.
