【摘要】:调达物流作为一种新型物流管理模式,近年来已逐步被国内各大汽车主机厂所采用。它是由主机厂委托第三方物流公司,按照订单计划到零部件供应商进行取货,在预定的时间到主机厂完成交货任务的物流过程。随着汽车物流企业的发展壮大,物流公司承接的调达物流业务在逐步增加,物流网络也随之扩展。由于零部件供应商的分布区域广,一个主机厂的供应商就达到数百家之多,而在某一小区域内也通常有几十家供应商。对于物流企业来说,如何在考虑未来货量变动的情况下,对调达物流区域网络进行优化,合理配置资源,降低企业运作成本,已成为急需解决的问题。本文基于物流企业在考虑货量变动下的调达物流区域网络优化进行研究,主要做了以下三方面的研究工作:第一,本文首先对调达物流区域集配中心选址进行了分析,在考虑货量变动的情况下,采用重心法进行选址模型的建立与算法设计,经过多次迭代计算,确定区域集配中心的选址方案;第二,在完成区域集配中心选址的基础上,使用节约里程法对调达物流取货线路进行优化研究,并确定取货线路优化方案;第三,本文采用国内某物流公司的实际案例对集配中心选址和线路优化方案进行了实证研究,并得到了满意的验证结果,证明了本文研究内容的有效性和科学性。
[Abstract]:As a new logistics management mode, Tianda logistics has been gradually adopted by major automobile mainframe factories in China in recent years. It is entrusted by the host factory to the third party logistics company. According to the order plan, take the goods from the parts supplier and complete the delivery process at the scheduled time. With the development of the automobile logistics enterprise. Logistics companies to undertake the Tianda logistics business is gradually increasing, the logistics network also expanded. Due to the wide distribution of components suppliers, a host factory suppliers to hundreds of. However, there are usually dozens of suppliers in a small area. For logistics enterprises, how to optimize the regional network of Tianda logistics and allocate resources rationally when considering the future volume change. Reducing the operating cost of enterprises has become an urgent problem. Based on logistics enterprises in the consideration of volume changes in the Tianda logistics regional network optimization research, mainly do the following three aspects of research work: first. In this paper, first of all, the location of Yada logistics regional distribution center is analyzed. Considering the change of volume, the center of gravity method is used to build the location model and algorithm design, after repeated iterative calculation. To determine the location of the regional distribution center; Second, on the basis of the completion of the location of the regional distribution center, using the mileage saving method to optimize the delivery route of the dispatch logistics, and to determine the optimal plan of the delivery line; Thirdly, this paper uses the actual case of a domestic logistics company to carry on the empirical research on the location of distribution center and route optimization scheme, and obtains the satisfactory verification result. It proves the validity and scientific nature of the research content in this paper.
