新时代背景下商业地产转型发展模式研究——以万达集团为例

【摘要】：在新时代背景下,我国的市场环境和结构发生了很大变化,相比以前变得更为灵活、多样化,尤其是行业之间的合作使得各行业都产生了新的变化。商业地产在发展过程中,不仅受到了互联网的影响,行业内更是掀起了轻资产转型的风潮,同时商业地产业也在尝试跨界合作。万达集团作为我国商业地产领域的佼佼者,其转型对于业内来说有极高的参考价值。因此本文将重点分析万达集团当前的发展情况以及在转型中存在的问题,并结合当前商业地产业转型趋势提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new era, the market environment and structure of our country have changed a lot, which is more flexible and diversified than before. In particular, the cooperation between industries has made new changes in various industries. Commercial real estate in the development process, not only by the impact of the Internet, the industry is also set off a wave of light assets transformation. At the same time, the commercial real estate industry is also trying to cross-border cooperation. Wanda Group as a leader in the field of commercial real estate in China. Therefore, this paper will focus on the analysis of the current development of Wanda Group and the existing problems in the transformation. And combined with the current commercial real estate industry transformation trend to put forward the corresponding suggestions.
