异质性培训、技能分化与农民工的工资收入决定

【摘要】:本文在划分通用性和专用性技能培训后,基于CHIPS数据运用处理效应模型对培训在农民工工资决定上的作用及其代际变化做了经验上的计量分析。研究发现,培训总体上对农民工的工资有显著提升效应。相较于未培训的农民工,培训农民工的小时工资平均提高了60.94%。不同类型培训会因所形成的技能分化而对农民工的工资产生显著的差异性影响,具体说,通用性培训无法有效促进农民工的工资增加,专用性技能培训则具有很强的工资促进作用。农民工内部虽已代际分化,但培训的工资决定效应没有因此而出现明显的代际差异。基于以上发现,研究认为给农民工提供更多的专用性培训应成为当前促进农民工工资增长的最主要策略。
[Abstract]:This article divides the generality and the specialized skill training. Based on the processing effect model of CHIPS data, this paper makes empirical econometric analysis on the role of training in migrant workers' wage decision and its intergenerational change. Training on the whole has a significant effect on the wages of migrant workers, compared with the untrained migrant workers. The average hourly wage of training migrant workers increased by 60.94. Different types of training will have a significant difference in the wages of migrant workers because of the skills differentiation. Universal training can not effectively promote the wage increase of migrant workers, but specialized skills training has a strong role in promoting wages. Although the internal migrant workers have been intergenerational differentiation. However, the wage determinant effect of training has not resulted in significant intergenerational differences. The study suggests that providing more specialized training for migrant workers should be the most important strategy to promote the wage growth of migrant workers.
