三种双重运行机制之社会主义市场经济特殊性——公有制与商品、市场相容关系的有益探索

【摘要】：社会主义市场经济的核心内涵,不是在于社会主义上层建筑与市场经济之间的外在结合,而是在于社会主义公有制特别是全民所有制与市场经济的内在统一,市场经济内在于社会主义公有制之中。在传统的经济理论中,公有制与市场经济是两条始终不能相交的平行线,而市场经济与公有制的相容,则是社会主义经济理论的巨大创新。因此,社会主义商品经济是一种与公有制相联系的商品经济,是商品经济发展的一个特殊阶段。其特殊性表现在:以公有制为主体的多种经济结构,作为社会主义市场经济元素的商品已经发生了某些质变,实行三种双重运行机制,且具有多元色彩。
[Abstract]:The core connotation of the socialist market economy lies not in the external combination between the socialist superstructure and the market economy, but in the internal unity of the socialist public ownership, especially the ownership of the whole people and the market economy. The market economy lies in the socialist public ownership. In the traditional economic theory, the public ownership and the market economy are two parallel lines which cannot always intersect, while the market economy and the public ownership are compatible. Therefore, the socialist commodity economy is a commodity economy connected with public ownership. It is a special stage in the development of commodity economy. Its particularity is that many kinds of economic structures with public ownership as the main body have already undergone some qualitative changes as elements of socialist market economy. Carry out three kinds of dual operation mechanism, and have pluralistic color.
