民生视域下保障性居住的居住福利探析

【摘要】：保障性居住是保障与改善民生的重中之重,构建居住福利是保障性居住的核心。保障性居住不足主要缘于住房改革与社会经济发展进程中不平等的秩序变迁,其间,不同的居住者对居住福利要求呈现为居住依托性、生命周期性、品种多样性和次序先后性等特征。保障性居住者的居住福利依托住所环境,并在此基础上,构建居住者的经济性福利、安全性福利、文化性福利、心理性福利以及发展性福利,从而更好地保障与改善民生。
[Abstract]:Indemnificatory residence is the most important part of ensuring and improving people's livelihood, and the construction of housing welfare is the core of indemnificatory residence. The deficiency of indemnificatory residence is mainly due to the unequal order changes in the course of housing reform and social and economic development. The requirements of residential welfare for different residents are characterized by residence dependence, periodicity of life, variety diversity and order, etc. The living welfare of indemnificatory inhabitant depends on the living environment, and on this basis, The economic welfare, security welfare, cultural welfare, psychological welfare and developmental welfare of the occupants are constructed so as to better protect and improve the people's livelihood.
